Loving these Tori interviews for this release - she's really engaging with each interviewer and not giving responses by rote like she has before. I think it bodes well for the album being up there with the greats
Noah has been friends with Tori for years and did the liner notes for all the remastered editions, they're frequent correspondents so he is comfortable around her.
Tammy Douglas - I actually find the album tame and not that highly produced like From The Choirgirl Hotel or To Venus And Back. I feel Native Invader is more organic like Scarlet's Walk.
She describes in both song and this interview what has been wrong for so long in the USA...I wish I had had the wherewithal to not say hurtful things to people I loved but the meds I was on were so strong they stripped me at times of my ability to control my tongue. I am truly sorry I said those things...but maybe sorry isn't good enough? I'm still so regretful.
This interviewer is very good. He knows her, her inspiration, and her catalogue. Great to see someone who appreciates her artistic mastery so well.
Remark Central lmao, if you only knew what he's said about her for yearrrrrrrs
They're friends
A wonderful, insightful interview into an artist who I have reverence for. True artistry and depth...

Very cool. Tori is the bees knees! I'm very excited about the new album.
one doesn't just simply seat in shorts and talks to Tori... puh-leeeaase get your pants on, boy.

I can listen to Tori for hours on end! She's such a Sun in the 9th house person. Sun in Leo, Moon in Libra, Scorpio Ascendant.
Waiting for this. Love Tori!
Thank you! :)
She said that 'Native Invader' is going to be highly produced and very emotional. There's a song called 'Russia'.
John Constantine Marinakis Kipps she nailed over produced

I love what she said about sound checks.

Forgive yourself... even if others don't. Forgive yourself. Set yourself free.... ;-)
Remarkable how she does not allow one political explicit remark out of her mouth. She leaves (in that field) a lot to guess.
Is she still friends with Neil Gaiman?
Bri W absolutely
Do we have the entire interview somewhere??
