- Political analyst Sandile Swana says the ANC did well by explaining to
the nation the status of the negotiations on the coalition talks with
the DA and other parties.
Swana says after ANC secretary general Fikile Mbalula and Gauteng
premier's explanation, it becomes clear that the DA is the one
stalling the process.

DA's Solly was correct, ANC kept 7+1 seats to themselves. Not a fair split at all. This Swana guy is either not very smart or running cover for the ANC.

The land will be proportional, but it won't generate wealth for the majority. For that you'll require a robust economy and a skilled workforce. There's no free lunch in life, businesses and jobs need to be created to improve the life of the majority.

What does the statement of intent say? If it does speak to 3 positions then the DA should take what they are given, if it speaks to proportionality, then someone is trying to be a "wise guy".
