The problem of Nigerians is over expectation from their government. So Nigerians are mostly ungrateful to their country. Nigeria has so much money from oil and other minerals. The opposition people are the ones painting Nigeria black.

And you can use it just as any Ghanaian can use their Ghana card. You can even get a National Health Insurance Card as a foreignerif only you have your residence permit.
