Ableton Tutorials: Understanding Beat Repeat

This solves a 3 year puzzle for me, that began watching Marc Rebillet doing beat repeats using his Boss RC-505, not knowing the (now admittedly) BASIC terminology. Earlier I studied the RC-505 online until I found the terms, and searched 'beat repeat ableton', and this video gave me far more than sought out. A subscription to your channel is quite deserved.
I'll be incorporating this very often in my future performance videos, as soon as I get home tomorrow and start MIDI mapping this stuff into a new master template .ALS file. BAM.

Anyone had a problem where the gate mode does not work in beat repeat... Where it just stops audio coming through (no original audio & no repeats) even when the chance is set to 100%????

I've been watching your videos on a binge watch session and there's something I can't figure out. Could you please do a video on how to record automation especially for the beat repeat like you said at 13:17 but for a song context and not for live performance. Is mostly bc I'm making a song and I feel like is going really good but I'm lost with that:/ pls help

has anyone realised that if you don't have a note hitting on the first beat of the bar, that beat repeat intervals dont seem to work corectly and goes all out of sync. Anyone figure this out?
