Poker is super easy. I suggest liquidating your assets and going to your local casino immediately.

I 100% sympathize with Phil hellmuth when Tony G said he's all in blind. That's not a bluff that's just strait a lie and it is terrible poker etiquette which is important to poker. There are things you are supposed to expect to trust such as actions like that and it's deemed very scummy to lie about them because you are tricking players on a meta level outside of the game and outside of the players ability to properly determine.
It's almost equivalent too something like hiding chips too make your opponent think you have a smaller stack than you really do or saying you're "going to call" but not actually call to bait your opponent too show their hand early and fold afterwards. You can pretend to have different cards, or say things and evoke your body language in a way to encourage certain actions out of your opponent but you can't mess with the information.

sadly live poker doesnt show any good poker. its mostly just some really bad players and one good one that doesnt play all of his really deep lines since it wont matter beacuse the other players are so bad that it would lose him money to play that way. but online heads up poker is where its at. llinus vs steffan, llinus vs berry. those were matches where you just watch with awe as two players who are miles above everyone else play it out

Good to see the Zodiac keeping the brand going on GGPoker. All that senate work has really tarnished his reputation.

I once had my pocket aces cracked by 4,6 off suit at a low stakes table. MF called my 20 BB preflop raise WITH 4,6 off suit!!!!! And of course he flopped a straight.

Last week I cracked aces with 2 4 off. Wasn’t my fault, he let me limp in as the button after he straddled, I flopped a straight and he jammed first to act on the flop.

Do you have any recommendations of where to watch professional poker? You mentioned that video on GGPoker, but do you have any other favorite, reliable sources?

PokerGO on RUclips has lots of good highlights from a lot of big tournaments over the last few years. If you want to watch games involving a lot of the top pros, the Triton Series is likely a good option.

if you want to watch entertaining poker, watch the old poker after dark videos from the mid 2000s. if you want to learn, you can watch creators like Johnathan little, brad owen, bart hanson, for some more strategically sound play and review.

Seconding Triton. Hustler casino also streams their high stakes game, though it’s more on the side of degenerate gambling than professional poker
