It was a really great competition, few things are pretty sad though, this Abakymova woman is drugged to the max, and here she wins from the perfect technician Spotakova. I have so much respect for Barbora, the timing, the reach, the agility, while Abakumova is just a pile of raw drugged muscles. Look at the runup, she could have gone like 1.5 meters forwards and still easily hold it before the line, so actually this would be a world record throw and I'm super happy that it is not.
Yup thats tru, just keep watching pros and watch alot of how to videos which will help you alot, other then that ya just keep throwing, over time u'll get more and more used to it
yeah i know its only technique and i taught my self the tequnice without any coaches so id say its pretty good but throwing farther then what your average is, is soo hard to do
Not really, javelin is really more technique then strength like obvs strength is important, but unless uv been training since u were 10 theres no way you would be throwing like 60,70,80, like the strongest man in the world could maybe throw it 30 on his first try
NO, you shouldn't train your arms that much....You should work on your technique! Jan Zelezny wasn't the greatest javelin thrower because he was stronger,faster than the others.... But he was the greatest because of his technique! Once Jan zelezny said to a greek javelin thrower '' If you had my technique you would throw the javelin out of the stadium'' !!!!!!!!!!!
