@R3tropunk Yes. The guy who performed it is actor Jesse Lee Soffer who plays detective Jay Halstead. On the show, they have the best consultants possible - real veteran Chicago cops. One of them, and the producer is Brian Luce. Brian is best friends with Jesse for years now, and Brian, as well as other cops working on the show, said that out of all the actors on the show, Jesse is the best, and most skillful & if he wanted to, he could actually be a real cop. He is the best shooter among the cast in real life, and apparently an excellent shooter. I loved Jay and he was my fav, too bad they now wrote Jay off and unfortunately ruined Jay's storyline for the last 3 seasons, since the middle of season 7. Jesse deserved a better ending for his character. Jay seasons 1- 6 are great, 1-5 especially. Unfortunately, the stupid writers ruined it (Chicago PD changed for the worse a few yrs ago, it's a shame). But I recommend 7 and half seasons. After that, it's downhill.
Ok very small thing but does anyone actually say "two twenty three"? I've always heard it as "two two Three". And another thing i don't think you can have a suppressor and a flash hider at the same time.
The first one happened in a renovated unit... at 2:01 there were paint rollers, large ones on the table! That's big enough to go over any suppressor, for it to be used as a flash hider. That... or I'm just hyped up after reading "The Adventure of The Empty House" by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, which I read a few hours before watching this video.
4:54 in this case. Police officers they need be armed if they going a conflict place. And if they are active shooter sniper. They need use balistic helmet. To protect your head not only the body remenber your head its a vital part Too. And they need use balistic shield. And they need armed automatic and semi-auto weapons like rifle or submachine guns. That's why the car should've been searched by SWAT. A SWAT helmet would've likely saved the officer's life.
Not necessarily helmets don’t stop rifle round
A standard issue helmet will stop a 9mm round, not a rifle round as the projectile moves faster and is less wide.

Some attachments have multiple functions. Some Military Grade suppressors also act as Flash hiders, don't ask for me for an exact model/make
this guy is gentleman :DD 1:12 knock knock
4:54 in this case. Police officers they need be armed if they going a conflict place. And if they are active shooter sniper. They need use balistic helmet. To protect your head not only the body remenber your head its a vital part Too. And they need use balistic shield. And they need armed automatic and semi-auto weapons like rifle or submachine guns. Not only using the glock 17 caliber 9mm. This its for chicago police in united states and for chicago p.d. tv series. Remenber they need protect yourselfs not only the civilians and. Why burgess she saldrá she love be a cop dont forget one night she almost killed by trap Door. In side the house. Be cop its not a game its really dangueus. Be alert in the streets dont trust eny strangers. No matter who is DONT DOUT IT!!! If they not want more police officers be killed.
I know that this was fake but still that was a clean shot
Imagine if T.V Shows like Law & Order, Chicago P.D, and others tuned into Cyberpunk-ish.
Which season and episode is this
I was screaming in my head when he picked up that shel casing because the perp has touched that thing to load it so there can be prints on it. Now it’s contaminated evidence.
0:33 "got to be south facing balcony" and she knew that because?
3:03 is that his brother or is it just heartbreaking to tell someone their coworker is dead
I mean both, Will and Jay are brothers but it'd probably be just as hard if they weren't?
@@coffeekat5066 thanks
5:20 guy should’ve used a grenade than a sniper, probably get more kills
What season and episode

what episode and season??
Do they not have like helmets if they’re expecting someone to shoot from up
Art imitates life.
Curious thing is, this sorta thing doesn't realy happen in real life, being a cop is acutally like the 12th or 14th or even less dengerous job in america, you have more chances of being shot by working as a pizza delivery driver
