Why do you cut on the right side of the machine but turn the sheets clockwise? If it's printet on a offset machine you should turn counter clockwise to keep the registration in the saddle of the machine.
@@seamusogradius8994 Working on these machines too. It's no extra work to do it right, so it should be done right. ^^ It's a matter og quality, especially important if you cut for folding etc after the cutting.
Repare q o primeiro corte é feito na contra pinça no lado que foi puxado(impressora). Seguindo a regra do esquadrejamento e aproveitamento máximo da faca. Se for só um lado, no final do dia a faca vai estar com um lado mais gasto do que o outro comprometendo a qualidade.
Essa gráfica não sei te responder,mas toda Polar tem força mecânica e hidráulica para cortes de , cartão cinza(horle), cartões , duplex, triplex, supremos, especiais, inclusive o PVC do amigo aí no primeiro comentário,digo pq opero uma Polar 115, uma ótima máquina.
They are actually quite safe. There are two buttons on the front of the machine that must be pressed within .65 seconds of each other in order to throw the blade. They do this so you can’t tape one button down and run the machine with one hand. You would have to try pretty hard to cut yourself while operating the machine. Changing the blade on the other hand, things can happen. I wear level 10 cut proof gloves when I change my blades.

@@haroldomoreira8901 Olá, reparei que a maioria dos ''operadores'' que comentam sobre este caso só sabem usar um lado do esquadro, ou seja não sabem o que é esquadrejar e usar a faca por completo, mas fazer o que né? Só os profissionais sabem o que vc tá fazendo......Abraços.
There's a sensor, I think modern cutting machine had hand sensors, I went on a trip before in a printing press they showed us their machines and it has sensors, so it's quite safe.. Probably those old machines and are manuals are the quite dangerous
when i worked for scholastic i could could 200,000 80pt. cover stock sheets in 8 hrs.. i also could change the knife on this model cutter in less than 5 mins.....then the carpel tunnel started to set in on my wrist...gave it up glad i did..back is still wrecked...and i hate harry potter

Its amazing how it cuts the last sheet at the bottom perfectly without messing up the blade. That's impressive.
The red part under the blade is a relatively soft strip of plastic, which isn't damaging the blade at all :)

I worked on these machines for years, mainly 'taking off ' as it's called, I was too busy packing the work in boxes to notice that.

Normalmente para dar ordem de corte ele tem que carregar em dois botões afastados pela medida de mais de um braço. ;)
Relaxa mano ela tem dois sensores que nao permite a faca descer sem vc usar as duas mãos para ativar
