I'd like to think that in a parallel universe, The Grumps completed FireRed in 2014 with a Charizard named Schtluff who knew Flamethrower.

Buntd, (as a Weedle) is still at the daycare, while Knurtt (as a Raticate) is their strongest Pokémon
Yeah and in this parallel universe they used Noop the Fearow before they got Blurple the Articuno

And TurntSNACO and Ass-ly were fully evolved after a fan helped them with a trade.

The Flamethrower TM is at the Celadon Game Corner in FireRed and LeafGreen and it costs 4000 coins. I know Arin loves gambling, but that would've taken forever.
