Ordered all volumes of Laughing Under the Clouds and Sengoko Youko (haven't read yet) during the Valentine's sale and was randomly missing one volume. Couldn't get them to respond for two months, but the missing volume did finally show up last week in the mail lol.
I loved Panorama of Hell, and Wonder House of Horrors was good too. I’m really excited about all the new horror manga that have been announced by indie publishers lately.
Bakuman is one of the few box sets I have (currently on volume 8 and I like it so far). And reading a series that goes in depth into the manga industry made me want to start buying volumes of collections of one-shots from some of my favorite authors, so I now have 'Tatsuki Fujimoto Before Chainsaw Man' and 'Hiro Mashima's Playground'. Great haul as usual
Yeah I think that is the most appealing thing I will like about the series. All the in depth and behind the scenes stuff and learning cool things I didint know. Glad it got you excited to try some other stuff out!

Yooo whats up! I do not own the colossal editions so I cant do a review. I have the singles for aot. BUT I will say if I AOT was erased from my mind and I was going to read it for the first time again I would get the colossal ones for sure.
You are my inspiration to start collection my fav manga's physical copies , though my wallet would like to disagree I just bought my first copies of Witch Hat Atelier and Rozi in the Labyrinth this month. Thank You for showing us so many new manga especially the indie manga though such types are more difficult to find in my country where manga collecting has just started to become popular since last few years .

So I made a vid about this but I use liblib. Its the best imo cause you just scan in books and no stupid typing lol. Also you can have a zillion different categories and notes and ways to sort stuff and search stuff up.

Well online is your best bet for sure. When it comes to sealed since no manga come sealed there is only 1 place that I can think of that seals them after the fact thats kinokuniya (in store not online) and they also sell Japanese manga. I think most people dont like dings,dents,scratches on their manga. I return a lot of manga and replace manga if it has those so it happens sometimes. IMO shipping protection is very important when buying new. The best place for cheap but also the best protection is def instocktrades. They are owned by DCBS one of the biggest comic distributors in the US so it makes sense how they protect everything cause they treat the buyers as "collectors" and not just someone who wants a book like everywhere else.
Doom Breaker is the first manga I read which got me into manga. I REFUSE to read the rest online I want physical copies to add to my collection to enjoy!! Why is there only one physical volume?? GIVE US MORE PHYSICAL VOLUMES OF DOOM BREAKER!!!
JJK has definitely been going down hill and the slow volume release for those of us that don't read it digitally is really killing the momentum. Such a shame as I've loved it since the start but after Shibuya, it's been harder to understand and enjoy.
@@TheMangaSloth it really is. Combine that with the fandom constantly spoiling things it's really ruining my enjoyment of the series. It was one of my fave series (and I still love the start and the characters so much) but this arc plus the spoilers...not so much lol!
I really liked Madk that was created by the same mangaka as Centaurs so I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately Ablaze hired a company that uses AI translation (the translation had multiply errors and grammatical mistakes) so I dropped it. Will never support a company that uses AI like that, feels like such a disrespect to the creator. (I also dropped Terror Man before this but that was just because i didn’t like the story, couldn’t even finish it.) But great haul overall! Didn’t know they changed the cover quality for Sword of the… but considering 7seas did the same for Tokyo Revengers I guess it’s something we should expect from them in the future. What publisher was Red Riding Hood from? It looked interesting. Square Enid changing back to original quality were amazing news! If only I knew what to do with the terrible volumes in the middle of the series lol.
Oh I hear ya on the AI translating stuff. If you like it or not it would still need to be checked by humans cause its not perfect. So big L for some series they use it on. Red riding was glacier bay I believe SE going back with better quality is great! Though I did have another new volume which was the worse paper LOL so who knows

Doom Breaker is a great series, and if you liked vol 1 you will love what comes next, it gets crazy.
