Chilling & Grilling - Chicken Pot Pie

Today at the lounge, we make a family favorite, chicken pot pie! Definitely worth the wait to cook it.
Ingredients List:
Pie Crust:
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup butter flavored shortening
~10 tbs cold water
Full Dish:
1 large onion
1 can mushrooms OR 1/2 cup chopped fresh
3 medium carrots
4 stalks celery
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sage
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups water
3/4 cup Half-n-Half
1 tbs instant chicken bouillon granules
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 lb boneless, skinless chicken tenderloin
Montreal chicken seasoning
Olive Oil (for cooking the chicken)
1/4 cup parsley
1/8 cup parsley(garnish)
