I never imagined the owning of my truth would begin in my personal relationships. Always thought it was a given that the me you see is the me you accept. Me inclusive of my goals and visions for my life. But finding that as vibration raises, boundaries kick in with no anxiety or planning. And from the safety within those boundaries I observe that certain relationships are not aligned on the same vibrations. I have to now release all negativity around that. It's ok for they to be they just as I am me. I think I might now finally after two years of this spiritual seeking be truly ready to do a loving kindness meditation. Thank you for your illumination over the years.

This was a very powerful, deep and healing experience. 🙏🏼💙💜 It soothed my heart, which is now aching so bad! 💔 Due to finding my voice within and gaining respect for myself, feeling & knowing my limits, I had to make a painful decision to leave a five-year-relationship.
