That is a perfect way to put it, you really do have to let the store speak to you LOL. I wanted to Kit up one large project while there but it wasn’t possible because I was having a hard time finding patterns and the floss room is small so it’s hard to navigate with all us in one spot. I totally think it was worth going though and I had such a fun time. Loved seeing all the samples on the walls. We had a lazy weekend at home and it was fantastic! Thank you 😊 💕🫶🏻

I thought that was you LOL. I had so much fun I literally lost my voice. We had a blast all of us together. I am so glad I’m not alone I’m my review of keepsakes. I would love to go if it was only me in the store LOL. It’s just so crowded and overwhelming because you really can’t find anything. Like if you like a sample stitch on the wall I don’t feel o could actually find it. That did not make me dislike the store though I totally had a blast and just focused on fabric shopping. It’s probably a good thing it was hard to Kit stuff up because I stuck to my budget 😂. Third eye had some nasty food. One of the bartenders offered Alexis and I free flights though. To where? Crafts, comics, & stationary goods as a child. They have all left our area unfortunately. I think the last local one was in the late 1980’s early 1990’s. Glad to know they are still in some areas. ❤

lol! The first thing my husband said when he met me is “you sound smart.” 🤣🤣🤍 thank you for the compliment it totally reminded me of when I met him and I love that. Stitch con is a huge cross stitching event hosted by keepsakes and it is in Ohio. It’s SO much fun! They have sign up for it really early so the 2024 is already filled but you can totally pre plan for 2025.
I loved hearing about your Stitch Con experience and seeing what you got there. Which brand is the licorice linen? The Scary Sampler has been on my wish list!!😊
SAME!! I never make stitch goals. Lol at least not ones I stitch to 🤣. I want this to stay fun for me and I know that’s the only way for me to really keep it a hobby.

This is probably going to sound odd but I love the way you speak, clear and eloquently. Keeps me interested. Love the patterns and WIPS! I just started cross stitching for 2024. I have completed two mini projects and I'm ready to start a larger one. What is Stitch Con? And where is it please?
lol! The first thing my husband said when he met me is “you sound smart.” 🤣🤣🤍 thank you for the compliment it totally reminded me of when I met him and I love that. Stitch con is a huge cross stitching event hosted by keepsakes and it is in Ohio. It’s SO much fun! They have sign up for it really early so the 2024 is already filled but you can totally pre plan for 2025.

Grace notes fabric was the licorice and it’s beautiful!! Stitch con was just the best. Post stitch con blues already. Back to work and mom life LOL.
