The writing on the medalion says: " Kandersteger Hüttentest- Doldenhornhütte" .... Kandersteg is a high alpine mountain village in the Bernese Oberland in Switzerland. And the Doldenhornhütte is a Swiss Alpine Club mountain hut in the canton of Bern in Switzerland. The hut is above Kandersteg at 1915 m above sea level. M. Height at the foot of the eponymous Doldenhorn. Hüttentest means hut test... so this medalion probably indicates someone, who went to said Doldenhornhütte whilst hiking and while he/she stayed there, got themselves the medalion as proove, they made it trip up there... maybe a souvenir. Might got lost later from a backpack or from a hat....when they visited the beach in England.... who knows. Just guessing... Cheers from Germany ;)
Hi Kris. Kandersteger Huttenfest Doldenhornhutte is a Mountain Cabin in Kandersteg, Switzerland. There is an international Scout Centre there. Yes, weed grinder, I found 3 on the beach in Toronto. Pound coin has two metals, could it read both and make the strange trace? Haha, the finds after the Outro.... the best finds are always on the way back to the car! Great hunt, great fun.
I agree with @roberttudor455, the Manticore is just soooo expensive. I am thinking of trading in my Vanquish 440 for a Legend but that is still pushing the boat out. Great video.👍👍
great one a bit short but hay ,keep going for the beeps as one day god forbid you will have arthritis in your back and its that says it time to go home ,do yo know where i could get a Minelab Manticore on a payment plan
Hmmm i'm still not convinced the Manticore is worth upgrading to. For the money you pay, and the information overload it gives you, it still detects like my Vanquish 540. I'm waiting for the Quest V80, seems atm like the only detector worth moving to. Eagerly awaiting your review on that machine when they finally release it ...

I found one of those green weights this week, it’s a lead weight with a green plastic coating, assume it’s to make it less toxic to touch
