Finally, the rest of the condo home is beautiful, but the ocean view is gorgeous is simply relaxing and yes, it is worth having coffee and sitting out on the terrace.
Furthermore, thank you to your camera great friend who has been with you for a long while. Also, you made me laugh again talking about dressing nicely. You dress fine!!!! Hahaha!!!

Hi Jason, thanks for your hard work and the amazing tours. I'm a big fan of contemporary homes. The problem with most of these recently constructed houses/condos is that they are all designed quite masculine. I wish they would differ in some ways and have a little bit of variety. There are many wealthy ladies who love contemporary designs as well. 🙌
I also would go to that beach and always wondered what those places were like on the inside. Thanks for giving us a taste.
Not enough bedrooms/baths to comfortably contain numerous family and friends. EXPENSIVE beachfront condos should be required to accommodate more residents per square foot. I'm rarely impressed with the prices or lack of space per unit☹️.

A nice condo on the water, but 12mil??? It would move faster @ 4.5 Why is it priced @ 3xs the value? The market isn't that distorted...is it? And no functional bathroom windows that I can see. Thats a "no bueno." But Jason is very knowledgeable, personable, and entertaining. A good human being! You guys are asking him to do the impossible... And hes damn near pulling it off.👍🏽
