I have one question. My brew unit will cycle through however not start the brew process. If I reach in and wipe the end of the plunger screen , which just has a small film of grounds on it, with my finger and reinsert and run a coffee it will work the second time. Wondering if it’s my coffee, maybe too course, oily or is it a brew unit problem. I’ve pulled the plunger out and cleaned the red O ring and metal screen and hoping this solves the problem. I’ve seen this problem before but it’s started up again. Any suggestions ?
