It depends on 1) The flying school 2) Usually the scholarship is for ST background. Not for SC/Gen category. Which you may check from ministry of JUSTICE and Empowerment.

So it's good to practice mock papers, some questions just directly come from them. 3) Online I have no idea 4) Met and Regs have 50 Question each and Nav has 100

Brother, i suggest do the exams b4 joining any flight school. I too am a middle class. So suppose if u waste 30 lax on flying then fail in test, then that 30 lacs will go fail. So i siggest do exams first
Couldn't agree more, plus once you clear you're exams you'll be able to fly tension free...otherwise somewhere in the back of your mind you'll have stress of the exams
