have some experience wholesaling land it needs to be buildable either residential or commercial or both is water and sewer there already? what is the after repair value of a house nearby? what is the cost to build? what are the holding, financing costs?

It's obvious you are broken and jealous. I know for a fact and have proof that Queen Derby knows what she is talking about. I took her mentorship, and my first deal was 20K less than a month of taking her courses. My highest deal has been 90K. So why you have taken your miserable time to even come on here and post about others' lives maybe you should look at your own because it's obviously not going so well.
