    why you did single colony at the end?

      1. Testing for purity to ensure that your sample that went into the API was pure 2. So that you can have consistency if you want to do further testing with the same organism

    2:06 thanks for your helpfull explanation but I think you're wrong because you're working outside the safe zone of Bunsen burner

    You forgot yer gloves... dont forget yer gloved

      Shouldn't use gloves if you're using a Bunsen flame

      There's another wrong :
      she didn't work in the safe zone of the Bunsen burner .
