So for example, if you are at Tuks, you will graduate in Bcom Financial Sciences or Bcom General and then do your honours in Internal Audit. Other institutions have a postgraduate diploma in Internal Audit.

Hi Siyabulela, you can still do SAIPA training articles with a SAICA accredited degree. With SAIPA you just need to have graduated with a Bcom accounting /Bachelor of accounting degree.

The job market is very dry in Internal Auditing. They actually prefer CAs to be internal Auditors in the job market. I dont know why

On the bright side, you can switch to SAICA from Cima if you're not happy so choosing either won't limit you as you can switch.
