Look at some other vets and it's like Where is SS RYO or now EX RYO (considering Terry has an SS) but you got others like the Ikari who Ralf and Clark while farmable are stuck in gold. It's a whole deal and I think some of these older people left behing so long need to come up to the big leagues again.

Or they simply made 2 special attack cards. One for the boss only move and one for Dread Fatal Wave. Been a while since they introduce 2 special attack cards for a single character

I honestly prefer Rugal's "Beast destruction" from 2002 over laser on active skill because we already have the laser in his finisher skill. I love hitting fast and hard. Just like XV Kyo looks badass even when you spamming.

Did anybody encountered a bug while downloading 47 mb file, the characters are not showing, if you click any options like summon, story mode etc. It just show blank. I can't see anything nor play I can play anything.

Rugal has Kaiser Wave, and the animation at Menacing Walk is way better than in XV. They can update Rugal at XV with this features.
