Its just his powers were going haywire at his young age that Tung came in and was like "Imma take this kid to help him control his powers. See you in the next 14+ years!". Really hope by the end of Shun'ei's saga he goes to see his folks again, because *that* would be a pretty wholesome end. Also after that ending, I ship Shunisla *SO* hard now. Please come through with this SNK!
I shipp shun'ei x meitenkun more. Shun'ei calmed down after meitenkun's hug and came up with the ideia of traveling the world with him alone. Looks like isla was created just to be shun'ei rival

@@KaguraHibachi To be honest i don't know what they're thinking, from what i see they're trying to make use of the modern style and incorporate it into a character that they hoped would appeal to the new and old audience alike, in other words they most likely were attempting to make a Main Hero who looks cool but sadly failed at that point. Shun'ei is not a bad character its just the design is an overall Fashion Disaster as how i would best describe it, it needs a lot of work. In my opinion, The headphones, red bandages on his arms and necktie gotta go, pants are fine but should make it more decent, while the shoes they should change it, plus they should've given him red gloves it compliments his green hair, the jacket was cool but should tweak it a bit to make it better or make him wear his jacket at least.
And I'd say Otoma=Raga may be one of the most powerful main villains in KOF, given she's called the Goddess of Truth, and she is meant to usher in the end of the world.

I really hope in the next KOF change Shun'ei design because he really looks dumb. Heck, even his desing don't even make sense. If he is a disciple of Tung and live in the mountains, why he have a chinese school outfit? The headphones I get it, is a gift of Tung and help him to get calm, but the rest is just a mess. And is sad because he is a cool protagonist, naive but brave, with a devil inside.
