I have tried all combinations in the settings but my image is very grainy and nothing like what you are showing in this video, my unit is the Lynx Pro 10mm. The unit is a week old and supplied by Optics Warehouse.

Called the AGM Taipan TM10-384 in the US?

I think that is unlikely because this uses a 256px sensor not a 384 sensor. HIK do make a lot of product for AGM so it could be a model made for them exclusively. The software will be the same.

I'm wondering about the US ban and sanctions on security cameras made by HikVision. Do they apply to their subsidiary HikMicro? If they do, does that affect AGM products?
