Jason's van known as "Sasquatch" had the belt tensioner mounting bolt snap off, leaving him stranded in the mountains. Since the end of the bolt was still stuck in his engine block, he decided it would be easier to fix it at his shop instead of attempting a field repair. So I took the @zackliftinternational4841 up to get him towed out of the woods and back to town.

Y’all gonna start a new thing? Call it towverlanding.
Look into geoengineering, that'll explain why the weather is so erratic
Hey Casey, you beat me to it! Jason w/Primaloutdoors is a great guy! I'm subscribed and watch him. Thanks for introducing him to your viewers. ❤
I am glad I watched this because now remember I need to check those driveline bolts🤣. Thanks again for the help.
Jason
Don’t worry, the manufacturer said it’s ok 😂
thank you i am a heavy tower in NJ . always hate towing our bucket trucks (super duty 4wd) so i will be stealing your fork holder one up one down idea .
What company do you work for?
Monmouth county we have 9 trucks from light to heavy we have a 9055 and we just bought a bus trailer and the NRC quick swap . i was calling you bad names the other day . i had to rehook the quick swap but when i use the bus trailer i have to side my fifth wheel forward . forgot to side it back before reinstalling .it took me a couple try's before i realized my mistake i was then laughing and one of the other guys said the RUclips does side he fifth wheel .

Thanks Casey for such a great heart ❤️ and always have the spirit of helping people out
Wonderful
best line " I didn't know you could talk in fine print" A close second "you have a longer stick...."
Everyone should enjoy their jobs as much as Casey does.
Your RUclips family of friends are great and i can tell you I don't get tired of your videos. You are very good at what you do, a very experienced tradesman!
I always enjoy your videos because respect your honesty and your transparency You're right It's not as easy as quitting your day job and just grabbing a camera It takes a lot of work to make something of yourself
Oh no! Another break down for Sasquatch!! Casey to the rescue!
😘
Good morning! @@JanelleVocate-Ames
There's always a way to get the forks to work if you stop and think about what you need. Good job of getting him home.
Another great video, Casey. Ethan is proving to be a great addition, too. 👍🏼
You and Jason, make a good team, glad to see you got him home😊
That's rich, "I didn't know you knew how to speak in fine print." The one liners, ad lib, and zingers are fabulous, don't change a thing.
Bummer Jason needed a tow. Did make for another great collab video! Sounds like Sasquatch is getting quite the under the hood upgrade! You guys are hilarous!!
Finally some decent quality video of a Sasquatch out in the wild! #GoonieGooGoo
Is that some Spanish shit?

I love that show!@@sickjohnson
Casey you have an awesome job in a beautiful area. I would love to start a company like that in the mountains.
Jason is a great guy. Hate that he broke down, but love that it was you that towed him.
A cameraman and an assistant wow wish I could find good help like that.
Pay up and you can
Another great video, Casey. I respect your grind!
Good Morning. Starting Saturday with two of my favorite tubers. Jason first, his channel was the first when I saw a video he posted of PLS Bend about cleanup in Deschutes Natl Forest. An Org that I joined also and now go on cleanups as well. And Casey. Whom Matt's off road introduced viewers to. I have met both young men several times at cleanups and NW EXPO, and I can honestly say they are two great people. Straight forward hardworking men, that have fun living "their"dream! I applaud them both.
Thank you for the brief respite from the chaos of the nation/world. My father was the tire repair guy for the city and often was called out during inclement Minnesota weather to tow stuck equipment
I was up in that area last year with Jason and it was jam-packed with snow. Crazy to see how little snow is up there.
I bet most other tow guys would pick up on the sway bar and think nothing about it.😮
So glad you were able to help "Sasquatch" and Jason
Reminds me. I was a kid in high school. Riding a motorcycle in the hills just above a small town in Idaho. I ran out of gas. I coasted down hills and made it most of the way up the next hill. Had to push it a little ways up 3 hills. Not too bad. When I got to the pavement I coasted all the way down to a gas station. Right up to the pump.
Casey and Ethan the "Dynamic Duo" to the rescue, saving one's bacon, again. Another episode of the "Dragon Wagon" in action......
I expected the snowball to the face after,"Casey, I found snow."
21:36 how many ugga duggas
All if the Ugga Duggas 😅
Good morning Casey sasquatch the name definitely fits. I enjoy your videos you guys always have fun.
You are one of the hardest working guys on RUclips run a full time business and make RUclips videos.
I know hiring Ethan really helps. I hope to see Grumpy in videos sometime. You three would be a good team
Well Casey I know that you have finally gotten snow last night. The cascades got a lot of snow overnight. Looking forward to a snow video. Thanks again for sharing.
Good stuff!
those dang infulancers
Casey, if you can figure a way to get them from Iowa to you. I have a set of Zacklift medium duty wheel grids for ya. FREE😁
Can you send me some pictures at cascadeheavyrescue@gmail.com
Fun to see an whole other side off @primaloutdoors Jason. We don’t see him interact with others like that to often! Awesome 😎
Nice banter,
Casey's really learning how now brown cow.
Let it Snow!!! Deer Gawd please let it Snow.
Good job, Casey,, it's good to have friends with tow trucks
I hope you made it back home with no issues this time😊
Hey Casey glad to see you're not using tie straps to hold the axle down anymore I wish I could find the video of the long time wrecker driver using his chains the way I was talking about but you know how things go you learn with experience
He is the warranty
Yes, I still use cable ties to hold the shaft. I used ratchet straps in this case because I knew I would be reconnecting it
@@CaseyLaDelle yes that is on the drive shaft I was talking about when you strap an axle down you was using tie straps to do the axle but now you're using chains and they will secure the axle so much better than cloth tie down straps
@@ocn2u yes, I still use straps to tie the axle down as well. I use chain in cases like this where there are sharp edges
@@CaseyLaDelle right on brother I enjoy your videos thank you for sharing them
So wise , Thank You . another fine rescue
Great friends are a blessing.
It was a fun video to watch, especially since we subscribe to both of your channels❤
I saw that rock you rolled on but you didn't hear me warn you about it from Oklahoma. I remembered the last video of you helping Jason. Ethan is a great asset to your business. He's on the same page knowing what's going on and what's needed, and gets great footage. Hope Jason has an easy, uncostly chore getting his rig going. Always great to see good guys getting together. Stay safe and GOD bless
Looks like a perfect opportunity to use your lowboy.
I have turned the forks sideways a few times and grabbed the frame just in front of the rear bumper. In a pinch it works pretty good.
It's good to have friends that will pull your ass out of the woods!
Plenty of snow now though eh 🙃
Just a couple Tubers doing Tubers Things
Lots of laughs in this one 🙌
First time seeing a clear pic of sasquatch, thought he had more hair 😅 I've always liked 4x4 vans
Looks like you guys had a great time .
That Zack Lift rig is something else! Fun to watch it in action, even if the job was light work for it.
This might have been OVERKILL but it is awesome content! Love this video
You two have been friends for so long you even sound alike, have never heard any two voices so similar! Love your vids Casey.
I think I've seen that Van near Nyssa about two years ago filming us loading onion trucks. Thanks 👍 for sharing.
All of you guys are so funny. What a great video.
Is it better for the algorithm if I watch and comment on the patreon "pre view" or just wait for the regular video release? I support because I love how you help people, not really to see vids before others do. So what helps you help others best?
I kinda like posting comments from the future, because there's always that one person who questions the 3 day old comments on a 1 day old video.
Doesn’t matter, it’s still on RUclips just the same
I believe it all counts the same - the only good thing about our early comments is that it seems to really stir some later ones (which helps him even more)
@@CaseyLaDelle ok. That's good to know. Previously RUclips has presented the video as new to me and my comments weren't there. I assumed they were separate because of that.
Make sure to comment "First" during the patreon preview to ruin a few peoples day because they can't do it at 'normal' release.
It's not the selfie stick size but how you extend it... 😆🤣
Glad you explained the flipped over, opposite mount thingies for Super Dutys . That was driving me crazy for a minute.
If you only knew someone that had a roll back wrecker! Lol
If you have to work - you might as well have fun while you do!
I'm still waiting for my "I Hate Casey LaDelle" t-shirt! XL. You can drop it off the next time you are near Camano Island, WA. LOL
After watching you lift even class 8 trucks to put blocks under the front tires , I see the need for a home built wheel lift attachment that will drop into your yellow bracket pin holes making it much easier to hook to a lot of these towing situations. Made from high strength 2 inch tubing. Something to ponder over time.
Great video
Yes, I saw that rock and thought uh oh, that’s going to cause a backache.
Maybe I've been doing it wrong but most new process t-cases oil pump runs off the output shaft so if you just put the transfer case in neutral you don't need to remove the drive shaft and I reuse ford driveshaft bolts all the time
Seeing as how I don’t know what transfer case is in it, I play it safe
@@CaseyLaDelle I can respect that thanks
When y'all pulled that lawnmower up is when i was introduced to your towing channel. Learning much about towing ill never use, most likely, and enjoy every video.
Talk about overkill 😂
Smallest truck I have that is rated to tow it
Well, you got your wish today, we got snow finally!
Bought the hate shirt, thought it funny, but, problem is you're one of my favorite channels
Greetings from Maine🌲
So much fun great vid
Seems like a good guy. May need to check out his channel. Too much is just right in many cases. May as well bring the big truck, use what you have...
Great video thank you!
Those green recycling bins from waste management in your tow truck. Throw back man. Good old Sonoma county.
Another entertaining video Casey
Good funny video while eating breakfast. That van is cool!
Peep the foldable binder 🤣
Sasquatch should be towed with the heavy wrecker, It deserves ony the best in the business!
I'm retired and I love watching other people work, maybe I should make a channel of me watching other people work
Well done Casey that new lift gear works great priced a set of tracks about 50,000 NZ Dollars
I'm proud of you Son
lol, I may have made that E4OD transmission case! Used to work a die cast machine that made those 😉
Yet another reason to get that flatbed running.
Nope. Too tall for the flatbed
Yeah!! Go Casey GO!!
I literally just did this on our 95 F150 welded a nut to the broken bolt and got it out. That tensioner is on a an accessory bracket
Your semi makes you an oversized over lander maybe just add some folding lawn chairs, that can tow the biggest of other over landers.😁
Then Casey will need to strap a "Scottle" on the back of the cab and a 270 awning, then it would be. 😅
Good morning Casey
Inst-ed of the princes and the pea, it is Casey and the rock.
Jason will like the more gears deal. I swapped an 8HP70 eight speed into my old Ramcharger, it has a 4.69 1st gear vs the 727's 2.45 ratio. Second gear in the eight speed is still lower than first was in the three speed. First gear almost doubles low range with a 4.10 axle, 26.3 to 50.3. Two overdrive ratios and 70 mph at 1950 rpm doesn't hurt my feelings either.
Not first commenter, but it's the first time I've been the 5th comment! Oh well ... seriously, been thinking on a 4x4 for road tripping up to the Arctic ocean and back, Canada and Alaska all points between here and yonder. My natural inclination is to start with a pickup truck. But a 4x4 van conversion??? Hmmm.... now that is interesting too!
Of all the rocks, on the side of roads in Eastern.......Casey lays on the only one in sight!
Yes
6r80e and 6l80e are the most common transmission that I have had to replace in recent years. E40D and 4r100 transmissions are nearly bulletproof as long as you have no leaks and no electrical issues. Those six speeds fail from normal wear and tear usually 60k to 100k miles. Seems like a lot of work and money to make your rig weaker.
Looking up Jason
But my daughters van same as his went through 3 of the tensioners in 1 trip
I believe caused by the belt
The threads went bad it is currently getting a thread insert
The Zacklift could use some tire slings for light duty towing. You know like the ones Casey bought for the rollback...lol. Waiting to hear Casey sigh?? I know, the T-bar on the rollback and the Zacklift are different so you can't use the same attachments.
Yes, I want to get some, but the ones from the rollback will not work on this truck
Now Jason will get those views he’s been struggling to get lately
That's what she said.
it's good to have a friend like Casey!! Keep it up mate. love your work and Cheers for Australia.
Somebody send Jason a new Hawse Fairlead for his winch.
I saw the driveshaft almost out of the t case and I though man I hope he notices that and it doesnt fall out on the road, then 3 seconds later it almost hit you in the face lol
YAY!!!!!
