I wish there was a shop like Bennie’s that only does black market cop/military upgrades
It would take normal cars (like Bennie’s) and they’ll have a special “upgrade” button like Bennie’s so you don’t have to buy a whole new car

You won’t find it on PlayStation yet. 😂 everyone’s got the cavalcade But nobody on console has this police hellfire and I’ve talked to a lot of modders asking if they got it yet.

Aight so I was in a session with a bloke who had one, went to the car meet with it, but you can't purchase it, says something like "HSW specifications do not support this vehicle" so guess unless you know a modder, gonna have to wait this one out
