At least when I did, Uber eats and DoorDash we would have to leave the food with the receptionist downstairs, and she would call the tenant to come down and pick it up. In expensive buildings like this they usually have security who waits downstairs and they have to call the tenant to come meet you. Not all places were like this, but most were.
