- the squid sisters made a new song featuring pearl from off the hook!! though,, it sounds so familiar i just cant make it out...
ahah,, that aside, electronic music isnt my biggest strength,, but i had a LOT of fun arranging it!! instead of having artwork as the video alone,, i decided to edit a little thingie of the live concerts and stuff!! im not the greatest at editing but i hope it works!!1!

okay but Pearl being the one to rap the English lyrics actually makes sense, she's had to learn to rapid-fire pronounce other languages already working with Marina. She's one of the few Splatoon characters I could actually see pulling it off.

This might be my favorite Splatoon cover, I loved Pearl's vocals for "Now's your chance to be a big shot!" and the melody really made it go along with the splatoon vibe.

Calamari Inkantation has been my favorite final boss song for years now, and Spamton lives in my head rent-free with no signs of leaving any time soon.
You did a perfect job blending the Splatoon music style with Toby Fox's leitmotifs.

Here Is a Spontaneous Scenario!:
The Final match of the current Splatfest is in High motion. Purple and yellow Ink is being shot at every possible angle, not a single spot of the Undertow Spillway has been spared. The mechanical noise of the Splatling gun is almost unheard between the constant splatting noises as well as the Background music. As is tradition for the final match, the Squid Sisters are having a live performance of the heavenly melody known as Calamari Inkantation. The last minute of the match hit, the adrenalin goes to an all time high and the Squid Sisters sing even louder.
Then all of a sudden, the power goes out. Everything is plunged in darkness and confusion is found. The Inklings and Octolings present could see green glowing wires descending to the arena, some thinking that maybe this is part of the performance. Soon the lights turn back on, only now they have a slight pink and orange tint. And the figure on the wires spoke.
"GOOD EVENING EVERY-" It spoke, glitching out. "[I've come to make an announcement] TO ALL OF YOU [Calamari] PEOPLE! I, SPAMTON G. SPAMTON, HAVE WATCHED YOUR LITTLE [Team Deathmatch] FOR A [Limited time-] AND LET ME SAY THAT I AM [Shooketh] THAT ALL OF YOU [Calamari] ARE [Exterminating] EACH OTHER SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU COULDN'T DECIDE BETWEEN [Sweet & Sour]. YOUR LIVES HAVE [No strings attached] AND YOU STILL AREN'T [Shoot(ing) for the stars] AND ARE ONLY FOCUSING ON MEANINGLESS [Tonight's performance]. NOT ON MY [Watch time]!"

I would personally be hyped for something like that. Namely a a surprise 8v1 boss fight in a multiplayer match.
