So, I worked my way thru an apprenticeship that the dues came out of my pay check. I essentially paid for my education and was able to put my carpentry skills to use for the majority of my 50 laps around the sun. I have no debt. I pay my bills. Where is the $20,000 for people like me and others who went straight to work? Or those that paid their college loans or were able to pay for college themselves? If you want to help these people...drop the interest and any accumulated interest. That way every penny of every payment they make goes towards the actual loan.
