    This time, I made strawberry melon pan(melon bread).
    The meaning of ‘pan’ in melon pan is ‘bread’ in Japanese.
    I used my previous recipe, matcha melon bread, which was one of recipes that I love.
    In this video, the dough looks little bit sticky. I think yeast that I use was not in good condition.
    If you keep it for a hour or more, this bread may become too wet because off the heavy cream. So I recommend you to assemble your filling and bread before you eat.
    ☾Ingredients(8 melon bread)
    ▴cookie crust
    30g(2Tbsp) unsalted butter
    40g(1/4cup) icing sugar
    30g(2Tbsp) egg
    95g(2/3cup) pastry flour
    1g(1/4tsp) baking powder
    ▴bread dough
    150g(1cup plus 1Tbsp) bread flour
    25g(5tsp) sugar
    10g(1/2Tbsp) condensed milk
    15g(1Tbsp) egg
    2g(1/2tsp) instant dry yeast
    2g(1/4tsp) salt
    85g(1/3cup plus 1tsp) milk
    20g(4tsp) unsalted butter
    ▴filling
    200ml(3/4cup plus 1Tbsp) heavy cream
    30g(2Tbsp) sugar
    strawberries
