    Wow, I always wanted to look into your collection, and I'm so thankful for you, my dear sir. For making my dreams come true.
    As I always say, I consider you to be my mentor. Back in the day, collecting dinosaurs and prehistoric mammal figures was just another hobby for me. Even though I do not have a huge collection, I still try my best to buy at least one or two figures once in a while. As you know, it's quite hard to buy figures because of their prices. So I try my best to keep up with the rest of the world. But you ignited that fire in me with your knowledge and passion. Now, this is not just another hobby for me. I'm learning a lot from you, and I'm so thankful for everything you do.
    Please keep it up, and I wish you all the success. You are the best. 🖤

      Wow thank you for your kind words as always! I am happy to learn that you enjoy watching my content, although from comments you have made I believe you are being rather too modest in terms of knowledge... you already know plenty! I hope that more people will let their love of dinosaurs and models of dinosaurs spur them on in learning more about the science behind these magnificent animals.
      I hope that your collection, while slow-growing, will also bring you plenty of joy. I sometimes feel that when you have a huge mass of models, it's easy to get a bit blurred and jaded with that huge mass in front of you. While having a smaller, more focused concentration lets you really enjoy and appreciate each one better!

    I loved your videos! I feel like the joy and wonder of my four year old son in you, but I also relate to the enthusiasm for progress in academic knowledge and fine art in you. What a wonderful combination and relaxing video to enjoy in an evening after work! And placing even more orders for more models :D

      Wow thank you for your very heartfelt words. Indeed, as I get older, I find that while I am learning more and more with reading, I also get younger and younger as I appreciate, and recall all these models that have accompanied me through Life. Whether I've been good or bad, in terms of state, finances, relationships, work and so on, these dinosaurs have been a consistent anchor for me.
      If you ever do your own videos, send me a link to see your collection! 😁

      You know it's weird. I am not sure it's because of the way it's painted, or just those horizontal pupils which I used to like, but seem to have become less fond of with time. But I guess it's simply that I love the PNSO one so much, that it takes up all my love lol!

    I just order the "Horn of Doom" model by Rebor for this week because Triceratops is my favourite dinosaur before you made me learn about this concept, what a coincidence ! I really enjoyed those two videos and you made me discovered some models like the Collecta Torosaurus which I found super cool. Keep going !

    • @DinosDragons
      @DinosDragons  День назад +1

      Thank you for sharing! Indeed, Rebor has some of the best recent dinosaurs, even though I don't have the triceratops one. CollectA has given us plenty of dinosaurs in the past that were recently discovered, before PNSO and HLG broke the tradition of limited releases announced once a year. And Safari ceratopsians by Doug Watson are still some of the best ever, except the rough skin textures.

    I put up a video, though I don’t think it was in the original timeline lol, I painted up a Furcatoceratops, a nasutoceratopsine if you haven’t heard of it. Love your videos dude, I like the science you usually put into them.

      I like it! Okapi colours are nice to see. Just a suggestion: if you have a touch to focus on your screen, then your videos would look even better. Especially with art tutorials, it makes it easier to appreciate the colour and see your strokes as well.

      Realmente creo que hasta que PNSO presente un nuevo ceratopsiano, HLG tiene los mejores ceratopsianos recientes de todas las empresas. ¡Solo mira el nivel de detalle que se ve en sus pequeños ceratopsianos como Chasmosaurus, Kosmoceratops y Diabloceratops!

      Good day and thanks for your support! We all have our likes and dislikes, and somehow with the HLG I didn't like. I'm not saying it's no good. If you watched my original review, I have good things to say about it.
      But when shelf space is limited, I have to choose my favourites, and leave out those I am less fond off. It's still a good model, but I just prefer many of the others much more.
      Should I have more space in future, I will put it in, and definitely display more of these wonderful models!

    Why not get the beasts of the mesozoic ceratopsians?

    • @SatanenPerkele
      @SatanenPerkele Месяц назад +2

      They have lots of visible seams since they are articulated figures.
      Because of that they don't look as good as fully solid models in my opinion. (the beasts of the mesozoic figures look like action figure toys).

    • @DinosDragons
      @DinosDragons  4 дня назад +1

      The BOTM are very good articulated action figures, but I would not consider them models. Good articulation requries many joints, which interrupts the form of the animal more than I like, and because of how patterns and colours are painted on, there is essentially just one position that allows uninterrupted colours and patterns. I do have a couple, the smaller Triceratops and the Spiclypeus but I consider them separate from my dinosaur models.
