Correct me if I'm wrong but I think this is the longest episode of Ironcast yet and imo it's also the best! I love it when they get current players on, they've got brilliant stories about the last few years! I'd like to see Antonio be the next one, I'd love to hear him tell us all about his rise from Tooting and Mitcham to East London via Nottingham, Sheffield, Reading and Southampton it would be a brilliant watch and then get Big Sam on after as he would also have some excellent stories! As for Cress, I do think his time as a regular starter has definitely been and gone now because atm Emerson is just way too good to drop but what a player he's been for us these last 10 years a truly great servant and it's been brilliant to watch his wand of a left foot his delivery at times was not far off JWP, I think he's so underrated and he deserves to have a lot more than just 3 measly England caps too imo! Thanks for the memories Aaron and if you do leave this summer, we will miss you terribly but hopefully before then you can help us to another European trophy #COYI ⚒️⚒️⚒️

Amazing how many good players have played for west ham, even though people ignore them as a team, but loads of good quality footballers were always drawn to play there.
