- Hello Guys☀️ Welcome to my RUclips Channel and thank you so much for your support❤️ Today I’m showing you my favourite Birthday Cake recipe! It’s a chocolate, strawberry, cream cake🍰🍓🍫 Enjoy watching and trying🥰
For the cake:
125g Butter
125g Sugar
150g melted dark chocolate
1 Pck. Vanilla Sugar or Vanilla Extract
3 Eggs
150g Flour
50g Corn Starch
1 Tbs. Cacao powder
1 Tbs. Baking powder
1 Pinch of Salt
Bake the cake for around 30 minutes at 150 °C.
For the cream:
125g Sugar
500g Strawberries
500g Quark (Curd/Cottage Cheese)
500g Mascarpone (Italian Cream Cheese)
100g Chocolate Chips
Juice of one lemon
For the topping:
Some strawberries and Chocolate Chips🍓🍫

That was a lovely cake you can substitute quark with cream cheese cottage cheese ,or Greek yogurt it's made with butter mild and heavy cream you have a lovely mom, your Dad is hilarious, so glad to see you so.happy

I made your strawberry cake yesterday and it was very delicious and quiet filling but everyone loved it! I found all the exact ingredients except the Quark cheese. I got it from a russian store (here in Canada) . It is a bit dryer and has some pieces when you mix it but it tastes almost same. I also grew up in Germany and miss the Quark cheese.
I wish I could show you a picture of the cake.
