Hey, I watched all your FM3 videos so far. If you set all your delays and reverbs are set to to mute FX in, if you turn one of the blocks off, no sound will pass through to the output. Maybe try to build a preset with some of your delays and reverbs running in parallel to your core signal, then set them to mute effects in?

Mute FX In is the proper setting to allow for spillover. If the FX are in parallel maybe a different setting is required but I would have to check the manual to be sure. If your signal is getting muted them maybe something else is going on in your preset.
