This is my quest now and I am super scared to attempt it. I am ar 28 btw😭😭
Edit. I completed this entire quest in 2 tries. The first one, I almost got Childe in his third form but didn't have enough food. In the second attempt, I had more than enough food so I breezed past Childe. The second part was a bit tricky and one ballista went to 46% but all you have to do is use lvl 49 Kaeya and you are safe.

I'm afraid you'll have to grind for a bit, but make sure you don't do the ascension quests as they will increase the enemy levels. You will still get xp while in this phase, so don't worry about wasting time in regards to that
