Looks like I need to find me a sharp ass butcher knife. I love these varieties of coconuts, but I always have a difficult time getting them open. Looks like I'll be purchasing them from nah on. Y'all make everything look so easy while I'm over here just strugglin' and takin' forever.

Can we get videos covering the food stalls at the marketplace? I'd like to see the different types of soups/stews, stir fry dishes, grilled foods, preserved foods, dehydrated foods, dips, etc. I've seen some expats in Cambodia say that Cambodia lacks variety in Khmer cuisine and that's not true. They just don't know where to look and what to look for.

What if the coconut's meat hard to scrape?

These are considered young coconuts so the meat is super soft. If ripe, the meat a lot more firm and not as easy to just eat.
