I like watching you introduce new foods amd become a less picky eater. I don't think people realize how much control they have over what they do and don't like. Whenever I find something I don't really like but want to I'll just force myself to eat it until I like it. Pretty much always works. People didn't always have a choice to just not like something. And many people still dont.
I know (because I watch and love every single video of yours :D) that it isn't really something you tend to eat but it would be really interesting to have a video like this about soy curls!
An amazing 3 ways to eat Tofu video from the awesome & beautiful Amanda even though she doesn't like Olives ( most of us probably have foods we don't like for me it's broad beans). Love 🥰 the video and love 💕💞 Amanda & Kara.
Ducky I beg you to get some Kala Namak salt basically black salt! It gives tofu this eggy taste but not gross, deffo a tofu scramble game changer for me.
As someone who has a panic attack if there’s no tofu in the fridge I really appreciate these recipes and am so glad that you’ve decided to embrace the fu. Re scramble, I always use a softer tofu because it has more of an eggy texture, but I notice that a lot of vegan RUclipsrs use firm or even pressed, which I do not understand. Maybe they’re used to eating dry scrambled eggs in their pre vegan days???
Another yummy way to eat tofu if you don’t love it by itself is to blend it into pesto so basically just tofu, nooch, lemon juice, a tonne of basil, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil blended in a blender and poured over pasta!
I always thort tofu was disgusting but I must say it is growing on me I am trying it in different ways and I like it. You should try crispy tofu in sweet and sour sauce yumm. Thank yoj for your lovely videos xx
All your meals look delicious and I have to say following your raw vegan video, more satisfying. I like that you have a very healthy mindset about foods and it helps people see how delicious vegan can be. I think raw is ok but when I’ve tried it I’ve found it quite restrictive in terms of savoury options because the emphasis is on fruit for calories. It’s just something to be careful of because not everyone can handle that much fruit.
I've never been a tofu fan either, but enjoying tofu scramble and crispy tofu cubes in stirfry lately (coated in a satay sauce and then cooked until crispy and caramelised on the outside 👌) Can't relate to not liking olives though, they're my fave 😅
Where is your green jumper from??😍😍 Also, if you haven’t already. Go to pasture and co in Currumbin valley and get the scrambled tofu, it is literally amazing!
Amanda,I've been watching you for a while now and love all your videos. However, when making a tofu scramble the soft tofu is extremely waaaaaay too soft for that. The extra firm tofu is much much better for your scrambles and battered tofu.I so seldom use soft tofu but it works better for things like dips and spreads even with those things I buy the firm tofu.
You know you've been around for a while when reading "tofu 3 ways" in one of Amanda's video makes you say whaaaaat? 😂
Hahahaha 😂💞
Only the OG's understand the 🤯 emoji in the title hahah

9:10 I’m not usually a fan of ASMR but that carrot chopping is next level satisfying omg! Looks delish as always :)
Love your jumper and the colour is gorgeous. Really suits you. Food as always, looks so delicious. ♥️
Thankyou :)
You should really try Madeleine Olivia's sweet and sticky tofu, it's hands down the best way to eat it imo!!

Can’t wait for the ‘olives three ways’ video :P
😂😂😂😂😂
tofu bolognese, tofu in sommerrolls, tofu in the oven is sooo good🥰 and for barbecue on the spit🤗
That tahini sauce looked amazing I need to try that NOW!!
Firm tofu is always my top choice! The soft tofu is harder on the digestion and contains less protein xx
Absolutely love you and your channel! Fellow Aussie here and vegan of course! You are so genuine and so lovely! Thank you for being you! ❤️
Thank you so much 🥹🫶🏼
I love these tofu recipes tfs Amanda I normally use firm , extra firm for savory dishes and soft for scrambles
I was the same way with tofu and onions for the LONGEST time, and now I love both 😂
Hahha heck yeah!!
Wooo, I made it into an Amanda video 😅 loved the video Ducky, I’m so excited for you to try new things!

Don't worry I was thinking the exact same thing about the tofu and the onions 😁

Oooh yes love love Pasture & Co so much 🥰
Haha you never know with olives! I used to not even touch a slice of pizza that olives had once touched. Now I love them 😂
How did you make the bechamel sauce?
God, I love your content!!
I've seen people use anything from super firm to extra soft silken tofu for scrambles
Amanda,I've been watching you for a while now and love all your videos. Ooooh interesting! Thank you
Tahini is pretty awful plain but when you add sweetener (maple syrup) and acid (lemon) it balances out the bitter taste
13:57 what kind of sauce are you putting on top of the ricotta?:)
A home-made bechamel sauce!
Firm tofu alll day everyday
I must say I’m not keen on tofu. I did try and cook it a few times a it was terrible. I got it when I was out and didn’t particularly like it either
Wow you look so nice with your hair pulled backed. Completely off your face.. Soooo nice. .. That lasagna looked great.
Oh thank you so much!
Your herpes Shanaya brigham work as you said #drodukuhome thanks🌱💯
The fact you don’t like olives killlssss me
I hate tofu, the texture is just so disturbing to me, but that scramble actually looks delicious!
become vegan is healthy as long they dont have "making someone is bad person for consuming meat" on their mindset. 😂
can i ask what lasagna sheets brand
I just used woolworths home brand!
@@AmandaDucks thank you
