I am literally depressed right now and i don’t even know why. Plus the lockdown due to covid19 has made life more depressed. May Allah help all of us in this difficult situation🤲🏻
Yeah ... I think overthinking everything makes us sad . For example when I wanna do something , I make a list in my mind about what I LOVE to do and what I NEED to do , then I can't choose between them and it makes me sad because I really need to study but I wanna watch a movie or read a book and then I end up not studing and doing the thing I love , but even that doesn't make me happy 😅 . I think if you do the important things first , you'll feel better .
Oh and when I oversleep that makes me sad and tired for the whole next day .
So I wrote you what makes me sad . If you like you can try and not do them to see if they work ! 😋😊
Ok , now that I wrote this myself I'm gonna study for my physics ! 🤓
When you feel depressed, watch a video about paradise's description . When life is hard I watch this and it makes me forget about life's problems and helps me focus on getting to jannah and doing good deeds. So basically you hav to keep in mind that life's problems are temporary and jannah will have infinite pleasures...

First things first , I'm not a boy , so I can see other women without hijab and scarf and all .
Second he's saying that you don't pray if you watch a movie ! No I do pray .
And I lost interest in his words when he said that music is haram ! Like what ?! Who said that ?
If God is telling me everything I love is haram so I hope God shows me something else that I CAN love . and seriously he looks kinda scary . And I really don't believe you are gonna stay in your grave when you die ! He's saying that when you die not watching movies or doing haram your grave is gonna have windows and light ! I think it's the body that remains in the grave and our soul will go to Barzakh . And God knows what happens next .
So I don't believe in what he says . I remember reading about this in our textbook that the prophet Muhammad (S) didn't stop someone if they were singing . So I don't believe that music is haram . And because I don't believe in 2 things that he said , I'm not gonna believe that movies are haram , too .

All the scholars of ahlus sunnah (including the 4 imaams) have consensus on this issue. Please, I respectfully advise you to REFRAIN from speaking about matters that you don't have knowledge about. Islam is not a joke. And everything we say or do, we are going to answer for it on yaum-al-qiyaamah.

The issue of the punishment in the grave has been established from authentic hadith of the Messenger (peace be upon him) and it is from the matters of unseen, so you & I have absolutely no authority & no right to use our intellects to judge it & just throw your opinion at it. Just stop. We can only use two sources (i-e Qur'an & authentic sunnah) to understand matters of unseen. Analogy, qiyaas & personal liking/disliking has no place here. We believe in what Allah & His messenger (peace be upon him) has conveyed to us, and that is that.
And your perception that everything you love to do is made HARAAM by Allah, is a very common misconception, and which can be easily explained.
You see, the things which have been made haraam are very few (yes, very few). BUT ... When all that you are accustomed to doing is haraam (and being exposed to haraam from a very young age), then it would feel like Islam forbids every form of entertainment. But it is an extremely narrow-minded perception, that which is the farthest away from reality. Today, the whole society has been structured on things that are haraam, so a young naive Muslim would believe this notion that Islam is very strict, but even if it is true (which it's not), then these rules & regulations are for our own good.
You need to learn more about Islam & the maqaasid of the shaeer'ah, as your foundation of Islam is weak, at best. Maybe then you will be able to truly appreciate the true beauty of this religion.
And please be careful of judging Islam based on your own whims & desires. Fear Allah. To Him we will all be returned, and He will inform us of what we used to do.
Surat ad duha is truly a cure of depression and I am a living example who got relief from depression only by reciting this surah!🧡

no worries when you feel sad you can take slaves and have fun with them just like the following.
Quran (4:24) and Quran (33:50) - A man is permitted to take women as sex slaves outside of marriage. Note that the verse distinguishes wives from captives (those whom they right hand possesses).
I read surah ad duha every single day, there was a time in my life I was extremely upset and sad and then I became closer to Allah, by Allah’s will الحمدلله ❤️To anybody who’s upset rn read this surah and trust Allah nobody can fix you and heal you except Allah. Have Faith people he loves you more than anybody in this duniya
I don’t even complain about being depressed. I’d rather want to feel like this everyday because whenever I’m depressed I feel like I get closer to Allah. I feel like my concentration in prayer increases , I become more patient, avoid unnecessary human interaction and a few other things which just makes me realise how better of a person I am when I’m sad.

This video helped me a lot, I was feeling down because I had comitten what I believe is a sin and asked for forgiveness to the point I believed Allah hated me. This video gave me hope and it will help me become a better person in general, a person who is close to Allah S.W.T and our role model Muhammad S.A.W I hope that all of you including me will never see or feel Jahanam.
