I remember someone from a commment I saw saying that Batman’s boss fight should play out like those Predator maps in Arkham where you play as the criminals instead trying to survive Batman. Honestly now that I think about it that would’ve been 10x times better

Oh yeah Lego Batman 3 has a mission where Batman gets mind controlled. Side note Lego Dc Super villains somehow does a better job at creating a story about an evil justice league. Yes that game uses justice syndicate ( I forget the actual name). But if rocksteady didn’t wanna go down that route they could have had done the Justice Lords. Which would make sense since the Arkham series started off being based off the DCAU.
I don’t mind this concept, this just feels like a remodel of the Scarecrow Batmobile boss we got on the PlayStation for Arkham Knight

When they we're making this game did they not think maybe harley should look like ahe did in arkham knight? They went out of their way to make batman look the same but somehow forgot harley was literally in the same game and she looks and sounds completely different.
Also just saw the reference to arkham knight when she picked him up over her shoulder like he did in panessa studios. In that same scene she was heartbroken that her new jokers were all dead. Joker is dead in this universe and she hates Batman but this game just brushes it aside for a joke

I actually do appreciate the reference to the Batman statues from Arkham Knight in this game and of course the jump scare when he bursts out of them. Also actually fighting the “Demon Bat” Batman was amazing!
An 80 year old character named after an animal that represents evil and fear doesn't do this normally. No instead he uses gadgets and natural strength to win.
However, fans will be able to hear Kevin Conroy in at least two more DC Comics projects, as reported by IGN. According to a source familiar with the situation, Conroy managed to record lines for Batman: Caped Crusader, an upcoming animated series set to launch on Amazon Prime Video at some point - though it isn’t clear what role he is playing there. He will also return for the animated film Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths, Part Three, reprising his iconic role as the Bruce Wayne/Batman from Batman: The Animated Series.
One question i am still wondering is. Once they are out of the boss battle (presumably all a hallucination of them resisting the fear toxin) how did they put Batman down??? Were they shooting him while hallucinating and getting lucky? Or was it a part of his contingency that the player cannot see? Either of which makes no sense, it just feels like Rocksteady skipped out on the realism of actually taking down the Batman. It was a lousy ending to his character as he died strangely and unexpectedly…

Batman boss fight is by the coolest than the others bosses, is like what we wanted from scarecrow boss fight from Arkham knight wich happened but in a Batmobile dlc which was ok but still is nothing compared to this.

Way I see it, this is an alternate universe story. The Game Center’s heavily around parallel universes… so I think this is probably one of em. The Arkham bat WE played as in the other games didn’t go out like this. That’s how I’m justifying it anyway. That aside, the game is actually really fun!
What’s rocksteady next after this ? Harlequin Quinn full of madness, Lobo the forbidden target ? Deathstroke contract of Judas ? Batman Arkham beyond ? Green arrow ? Justice league ? Superman ?
Hopefully nothing because this game is awful.

And yet it's probably still the best one in the game. Flash, GL, Superman, and Brainiac's fights were all super boring.

The presentation was really good and the first two batman sections are sick but the actual fight itself was kinda weak. Weakest out of the three imo. Should’ve stuck more to the countering his gadgets and schemes rather than giant target to shoot

If they just decanonize this game or at least separate it from the Arkham canon, it goes from absolutely insulting, so just bad.
