Attention Bob Tiffin: Do something about the entry step cover. If it’s not sturdy enough to stand on what’s the point. Plus the obvious inconvenience of having to manually install and remove it.
Good review. I'll bet the Tiffins are back at the shop after this review. The attempt to use the carpeted piece in front of the passenger's seat was hilarious. I like the wood in the cabinets but I like wood and like making things of wood. Not everyone does. I'm disappointed the tile backsplash is not carried over on the right side of the stove. Grease spatters will quickly discolor the wall covering. Finally - manufacturers, LISTEN to Andrea. Those covers on the cooktop and sink are heavy and will be hard to manage for many of us older folks. First, find a way to either make them lighter or easier to handle - and provide a place to store them when not in use!
The outside storage is really lacking for a class A but I do like the trifold sofa. Andrea is right the valances are really plain. The cover for the co-pilot floor is a safety hazard, shame on Tiffin. Keep up the great work Matt and Andrea!
I can decide if I want a fifth wheel or motorhome. Especially when you show the best motorhome. I love everything about this one. From the decor, to the fact it doesn't have a bunk over the cab. Plenty of storage, perfect fridge and space for washer and dryer.
Great price, great storage, love yes love color of the couches and trifolding bed, but yes, the very dated color cabinets need help the very small nightstand area oh my gosh the very dangerous step cover for the doorway. Thank you Matt and Andrea for showing this motorhome.
Hi 👋 Matt and Andrea. We really like this one (mostly). We love the kitchen space, the bedroom space and the bathrooms. We dislike the lack of bunk in the front, the small towing capacity, and mostly dislike the color of the cabinetry. It makes the cabinets look like an afterthought because they don't match the rest of the interior very well. It looks like they found some old cabinets in storage and decided to slap them in this otherwise nice rig. Maybe it's just a personal preference. Keep up the great work 👍.
One thing I want to say is I love your show and each time I watch I learn something new about the RV Life! The three things I like was the storage, half bath and the dinette sitting. The three things I dislike is the type of cabinets, the passenger seat should be a recliner and the gallery style of the kitchen.
Beautiful Class A- dislikes throw in 800 lb bunk , the cabinet finish, color scheme needs tweak, need power roll cord, fuel both sides. Likes , everything, looks stylish front back , generator up front it’s a 10kw? , will be looking at tiffin this model. Thanks Matt and Andrea . Never would have found this model, style. Good work.
I have to say I was thrilled to see the natural wood in a lighter color!!! I loved it. The valences were also pretty neutral compared to some others. Thank goodness. I’m with Andrea most of the time on the fabric they pick for valences. Usually awful.
Lots of things to like, including that screen door with the reinforced lower plate. Great for protecting the screen from pets, I would think. Also nice solid ladder to get up on the roof, instead of one of those two sectioned ladders. Love the layout of the half bath giving you the PPPP Dislikes: That step was a bit scary. I guess it is only meant to support the weight of a seated person’s feet. Lastly no convection oven since there was no oven.
Nice motor home! I do like the absence of a electric slide out step well cover, no stove and no power cord reel. Like the theater seats/fold out bed, both toilets and the prep for stackable washer/dryer. It may be a starter R/V but it is very nice. Good video and stay safe ya'll.
Hello, I love everything except the cabinet color. Love the furniture, master bath is very nice. Love the layout. The step cover upper thingie is scary. Great review Matt and Andrea!!❤❤👍
OMG! I love this one! I understand where Andrea is coming from when she said that the color of the cabinetry makes it look old but I disagree. I think the light cabinetry makes the coach bright without having to be millennial white. @You, Me & the RV (Who also have a RED) have darker cabinets and they ended up painting the lower cabinets to brighten up the coach. This coach is not dark at all. Aaaaaaaaand to top it all off, it is priced similarly to my current front-runner, the Entegra Accolade, at least in MSRP. Did this one just move to the top of the list????? Definitely in the top 3. Can you add the option for a powered step cover?
I don’t like the step thing where you come in that it doesn’t have an automatic slide over the steps I think for the price it’s still should have had a power wheel for the cord personally I would want the above had bank other than that I love the whole thing
Tiffin should've done the power slider to cover the steps. Also, there should be a television accessible to the whole living room area (dinette, sofa, and theater seats).
👍 Smashy! The step well cover of death. L: space slide in/out and the changing floor space in the bedroom; kitchen space and appliances incl. w/d prep; exterior storage is good w/slam latch doors. D: sorry it must be the color but all that pecan-colored cabinetry looks like it came out of a north woods cabin, although in master bath a single space is ok; that cheesy manual step well cover which negates the puppy window. Please stay safe everyone 😷😷😷😷
Hey guys it’s amazing if I could only afford it lol. I’m not fond of the window treatments either but I love love the. Cabinets color. It’s an amazing motor home oh btw. The light on the wall by the couch looks Art Deco to me😘
Burrr BUR bur beeeeeeer. I love this one! But did I miss the washer drier combo? Dang it’s so beautiful. I’m still waiting for the “hi everybodeeeee”. Waving Andrea sticker. I want one. 😁
I really like this coach. the two things I don't like are the cabinets and the step cover. Tiffin is supposed to be a quality coach. That step cover looks like it should be on a low cost and quality coach. I think Tiffin should fix this or it could hurt them trying to sell this floor plan.
Andrea is right. She's always right. You should know that by now Matt. The cabinets are the first thing I noticed inside, and not in a good way. All I could think through the rest of the video was "I wish they were stained darker or painted white." Every shot of every feature, all I noticed was the cabinets. I don't even think they're terrible. They look well made. They just look too orange and old and rustic for a modern 2021 motor home that costs over $200,000. Oh, a quick like from me would be the little cables on the doors in the half bath. When you showed them, I thought "Those are going to hit the towel and TP holders constantly and get banged up and break the mirror" until I noticed those cables. A great thought by Tiffin.
Likes: 1) Awesome over-cab space minus the unnecessary bunk! OMG, so happy to see that. :o) 2) The furniture is absolutely beautiful (I've never seen Matt that excited about a sofa). 3) Massive amount of storage space (plus the gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms). Dislikes: 1) No oven. 2) That's all I have. If I could afford this RV I would definitely live in it. Bonus: You were both right about the step cover. That is a broken limb waiting to happen.
CDC revealed today that doctors and hospitals have been padding the number of covid deaths by the thousands. Some people were already on hospice for cancer when they passed. Doctors and hospitals committing terrible Medicare fraud getting overpaid when they say death was due to covid. Open the shows now.
HEY MATT!!! You need to have another “PPP”!!! Hubby says you need one for TV placements! You can call it the “PTVP”... the Prime TV Position! No really, it’s an important thing...too many way off the sitting/viewing areas. This Allegro is just GORGEOUS! We debated getting a gas model, but chose the 2016 Navion which we love, but if we ever wanted to get another, larger diesel, it will be an Allegro.
Very nice RV. Looks like Tiffin is one of the few that listened to the consumers on the toilet placement in the half bath. Great job Tiffin! Now, couple more requests to Tiffin. An option for a L shape sofa and an recliner chair like the one in Tiffin Allegro Open Road 36LA would be nice. And by narrowing the linen cabinet and the sink counter just an few inches, you will be able to fit an big shower stall.
I love Tiffin RVs. We have a 2019 Open Road 34 PA (gas) and love it. Which that said, as much as I’d love a DP I would not want to give up the features and finish on our Tiffin. I do not care for these DP that are stripped down. The best example is the entry stair cover - I saw that right away. We get tremendous value and satisfaction with our gasser with excellent features and finish. Yes we don’t have a small diesel motor but we have better AC, spider control panel, solar panels, in motion satellite, Cell antennas, more TVs, and better Fridge, etc. We driven our 2019 from California to the East Coast and 23 states in our first year and look forward to going back to Alaska. We tow a small car w/ no issues. The Open Road seems like a better value for us now. Someday when retire we’d love a Phaeton. Matt please show us a Phaeton - that’s our next purchase. Love your content.
Three likes would be an injustice to this rig. Three dislikes is just being picky. It is gorgeous roomy , and comfortable looking. Excellent job guys. Excellent RV. Andrea have a safe trip home
hey, guys great job, beautiful RV, I think the entry door step is dangerous, not meant for heavy person, looked very light so possibly will fall apart from use shortly, a power reel is needed for such a heavy cable, and last the unit would be better if it has at least one solar panel on the roof. for that nice LG refrigerator. great bathrooms, very comfortable seating, lots of counter space.
Love the space inside - the living room, kitchen area seems huge, the bedroom is big and both bathrooms have lots of space - great rig. Can’t stand that they don’t put a power real on the 50 amp cord and had to laugh at Matt’s comment that “at least they give a place to store it” - not sure I have ever seen a unit that didn’t have a place to store the power cord..
Great review hope you enjoyed your time in Richmond VA. Tiffin a great brand lots to like about unit. Like storage, floor plan & bedroom. Dislikes like everyone of the 250 other posters those that stupid dangerous front step setup. I worried you were going fall head first down the stairs trying to loosen up & fix the stair cover.
Love it all especially the layout, king bed and storage. I like the cabinet color. Maybe it looks different in real life? I dislike the white leather, no automatic step cover and (being picky) the tiny back splash. It should, at least, go up on the left side.
For this price, Tiffin should have a better/sturdier stair cover, power cord reel and oven or convection-microwave. You should be able to choose. Don't like all the different colors. Saving money by using too many leftovers-dark grey, light grey, white, 2 cabinet wood colors? Valances don't match anything else. Love 1.5 baths. After over 35 years together, we always have to go at the same time!
I love the fact it doesn’t have an above driver bunk, so no one can stay over night 🤨🤨 I like everything about it have a great weekend only 16K to go to 100K 👍👍👍👍👍
Hi there! Agree with pros and 2/3 of the cons. Actually like the valances, but the color of the cabinetry doesn’t enhance the coach. My biggest con I saw on this coach was minimal cargo storage on the outside ! Happy new year! 🎈🎊
Loved the entire MH. Storage is amazing. Layout is perfect! My only dislike is what will have lost the sale for me and most people and Matt inadvertently showed it at the end.......that ridiculous stairwell cover! Entry level or not, that is ridiculous. Spend the extra money and make it power!
Very nice. I hated the stairs cover. That's ridiculous. But all the rest is superb. Andrea, I liked the cabinet collor. 😁 I would prefer removing one sofa and having an office area. But that is me.....
The "Art Deco" running gag gets me every time. And Doug Demuro has his place - reviewing weird and expensive cars. Of course, I can see an April's Fool special where Doug reviews an RV and Matt and Andrea review a car.
Always wondered: Do you jump differently with each model or is this a one time jump that is just inserted? When is Andrea going to do her rendition of a jump?
love the amount of storage I wish that in the living room kitchen areas that could have been broken up a little bit so just not straight lines all the way up and down.
You're right that's a falling hazard at the door, and with the size & price there should have been a bigger ref and oven below the cooker; while I like that there's a half bath and spacious full bath, ample storage & space to move 👍ping
A really nice layout . . . and then that step well cover! Egad, someone should be kicking their lunch pail down the road over that. I know it is entry level unit but how much more can a power step well cover cost?
Please please please tell the torque on the deisel pushers. It’s listed sometimes on the spec sheet you post but rarely. The torque is far more important than the horsepower in the pushers. Also state the CCC on the class Cs regardless of how lacking it may be. My family and I love your videos and these aren’t complaints just requests.
I don’t like the entry, much prefer mid entry. Dislike the color of the wood cabinets and hate the light color of the sofas etc. Love the layout of the half bath and the full bath. Would prefer king bed but ok with the queen. All the outside storage good
Likes: 1. Both bathrooms look spacious. I like the sliding door in the back bathroom. 2. TV placement. 3. storage under the bed. Dislikes: 1. Step cover is an accident waiting to happen. 2. Wish it had an overhead bunk. 3. Was it missing a daytime shade over the kitchen window?
Love the wood cabinets. Love the sofas dining tv set up. Love kitchen except should have an oven and 12v frig. Doors are nice. Like the finished under bed storage. Hate the passenger seat floor. I do not dislike the valances too much.
I love the price, the fireplace, the two sofas, and the king bed. I would rathe have a shorter RV with one bathroom, a bunk over the cab, and either white cabinets or a darker stain.
Dislikes: I do not like the cabinet stain choice. The flimsy step cover will not hold up. Likes: The exterior color, all the storage, the seats, and the bath & 1/2. Great video. Did you guys review an Allegro Breeze yet?
Good evening, very good presentation! Likes are many: hidden bed in sofa; amber glazed cabinetry; 2 screens in dash cab area; overall storage area both inside and out. Dislikes include: we see that removable entry step cover is very dangerous, or hazardous, as shown by Matt, and the cover should be a motor slide cover; no wheel for the power cord; cannot order Solar Panels directly from the Red Bay, AL. However, options do provide an gas over; bunk over cab and computer dinette. Very nice overall. Best, Steve & Deb from Western Mass.
Likes: 1) Vague but over all Tiffin quality at a great price; 2) Cabinets are such high quality; 3) Bed & bath are excellent. Dislikes: 1) towing is weak; 2) No solar prep; 3) CARPET - ick - I hate carpet; 3.1) Step cover belongs on a cheap travel trailer
Small enough to be allowed in National Parks! 6 inches makes all the difference. 😉 Dislikes: 1) Step cover 2) Shower in the wet bay just wrapped around the handles = cheap looking 3) no solar prep Likes: 1) overall interior decor. Cabinet and furniture colors are fine with me. Valences are "m'eh". 2) Pull down shades in the kitchen instead of mini blinds 3) Both bathrooms. Roominess.
I know you guys didn't like this one as much as others, but I like it a lot! I'm a big Tiffin fan boy! The quality of the cabinets in Tiffins is 2nd to none unless you go to a Newell or something with an outrageous price. Love the kitchen, awning, paint, cabinets ( I like the color myself), fridge, TV placement and the TV itself, love the bathroom (even the 1/2 bath), bedroom, this is just great! The only complaint I would have is the storage space on the outside (I know they can't do anything about it because of the type of frame but I'd rather them use the Phaeton type frame). But I just love this motorhome! Great job once again to the best reviewers on the internet!
The 3 things I like about this motorhome: 1. the kitchen 2. the theater seats and tri-fold sofa directly across from the TV 3. the storage, combo with the quality cabinetry and it's not dark wood The 3 things I don't like about this motorhome: 1. the entry step cover 2. I wish backsplash went all the way to the cabinets on the side of the stove and around the window 3. no solar
The only negative is the stepwell cover but I believe when the door was closed it would install much easier. Comparing this Tiffin 38LL with the Pace Arrow 36U and the Palazzo 36.3 (which is a fair comparison, same chassis & basically the floorplan) I would defiantly go with the Tiffin for two major reasons. With the Bus Door there is so much more counter & Cabinet space and the most important difference, for me, is that the Over the Stove Micro/Conv/Exhaust is vented to the outside of the Coach, the other two simply filters and vents it back to inside keeping the heat and odors inside the Coach not venting them outdoors.
Very nice however not a fan of the location of entryway & the floor space should automatically cover, defiantly a deal breaker....I bet someone will fall & get seriously hurt because the board will not be on securely
Attention Bob Tiffin:
Do something about the entry step cover.
If it’s not sturdy enough to stand on what’s the point. Plus the obvious inconvenience of having to manually install and remove it.
Ooooh, I love everything about this one! Iove all those overhead cabinets and the color is pretty. The dinette and TV seating is great.
I love all your videos. One thing I would like for y'all to include would be engine views...especially diesel engine running.
Hey Matt and Andrea, love your channel and love this motorhome. Its perfect! Keep up the good work and congrats on your channel.
Dislikes, the step cover, no bunk, and wood colors.
Likes, two couches, kitchen and bedroom.
Thanks Matt and Andrea, hugs from Georgia😎

Love Matt's Sofa Sleeper Victory Dance! 💝 Made me laugh & made my day! ~Thanks to both of you for being there, for all of us! 🥰
Did anyone else notice three hinges per flip cabinet!? Rock solid build. This thing will last decades.
Glad to see no bunk bed over the cab
I can decide if I want a fifth wheel or motorhome. Especially when you show the best motorhome. I love everything about this one. From the decor, to the fact it doesn't have a bunk over the cab. Plenty of storage, perfect fridge and space for washer and dryer.
Great price, great storage, love yes love color of the couches and trifolding bed, but yes, the very dated color cabinets need help the very small nightstand area oh my gosh the very dangerous step cover for the doorway. Thank you Matt and Andrea for showing this motorhome.
Matt! Those beautiful lights in the living area looked ART DECO to me and you missed it! Love watching you and Andrea
Andrea is right about the wood and the curtain ! I agree with her
Love Matt and Andrea. Love Tiffin
Hi 👋 Matt and Andrea. We really like this one (mostly). We love the kitchen space, the bedroom space and the bathrooms. The couch folding itself was pretty awesome! Appreciate you guys take the time to show us those details.
Really like the layout of this motor home. Huge amount of storage space. Excellent layout for the kitchen.
Amazing wet bay. Big generator. Kitchen is almost big enough for my wife.
Someday the kitchen designers will start listening to those of us who actually like to cook in our RVs!
Hubby was so unhappy Golden oak for cabinets. I love the kitchen.
One thing I want to say is I love your show and each time I watch I learn something new about the RV Life! The three things I like was the storage, half bath and the dinette sitting. The three things I dislike is the type of cabinets, the passenger seat should be a recliner and the gallery style of the kitchen.
The cabinets look like they are from the 70’s, I don’t like them.
Agreed
Yes agreed!
so true
Hated them too 🤮
We love the cabinets but agree that the step cover is a deal breaker. Also wish it were prepped for solar.
Thank you for all the tiffins!
I enjoy every min. Of you an Andrea👍👍
👍 nice outside
👍 cabinet color
👍 nice inside
Love all the storage, the fact all the appliances are not in a slide , and color of the cabinets beautiful
Beautiful Class A- dislikes throw in 800 lb bunk , the cabinet finish, color scheme needs tweak, need power roll cord, fuel both sides. Light cabinets and seating are awesome. Storage over the cab really works. Exterior I would like to see solar panels on the roof.
Lots of things to like, including that screen door with the reinforced lower plate. Great for protecting the screen from pets, I would think. Also nice solid ladder to get up on the roof, instead of one of those two sectioned ladders. Love the layout of the half bath giving you the PPPP
Dislikes: That step was a bit scary.
Nice paint job, nice decor
Don’t get why anyone would purchase this over a gasser:
Bad storage, propane, 5k tow?
Thanks for sharing Matt.
Izzy
Hello, I love everything except the cabinet color. Love the furniture, master bath is very nice. Love the layout. The step cover upper thingie is scary. Great review Matt and Andrea!!❤❤👍
😊👍👍
I absolutely love this one. I agree with Andrea I don't like the colors. But I'd still buy it

Soooo homey. Love the floor. Super plus-two bathrooms! Kitchen A+. Needs bunk over cockpit. Needs closet/bunks. Full time coach for sure!
The 'art deco' joke, gets me every time
😆
Tiffin should've done the power slider to cover the steps. Also, there should be a television accessible to the whole living room area (dinette, sofa, and theater seats).
The TV can be seen from all the spots you listed lol
Matt, you should start a company called, $83 trash cans😂😂😂
😂 😂
Yes😎
NO! He needs to start one called $81 trash cans - HE WON'T BE UNDERSOLD!!!!!!
👍 Smashy! The step well cover of death. L: space slide in/out and the changing floor space in the bedroom; kitchen space and appliances incl. w/d prep; exterior storage is good w/slam latch doors. Great MSRP for a coach like this. Beautiful rig and wonderful review guys. Cheers!!!
☺️ 👍
I like the kitchen, bath and a half, and 2 sofas. I don't like the door step cover, small outdoor tv, and carpet on the slides.

Love your relationship! You are very good together! 1. Two couches 2. Toilets area 3. Fridge. Not anything I didn’t like but that door step. Bye!
Great review hope you enjoyed your time in Richmond VA. Tiffin a great brand lots to like about unit. Like storage, floor plan & bedroom. The cabinets go perfectly with the light colored furniture. I'm usually good at colors. 😀
Wow! Very nice unit 👌 Only wish it had a peninsula in the kitchen for more prep space. Really really like this unit 😊
Great RV I love this episode !
It has a convection microwave
That was the worse, better/sturdier stair cover, "Hazard" !!
I might be missing it, but why isn't the MPG shown in the specs? I imagine it may vary depending on the load, but it would be great to know!
I love the fact it doesn’t have an above driver bunk, so no one can stay over night 🤨🤨 I like everything about it have a great weekend only 16K to go to 100K 👍👍👍👍👍
I'd rather have the tri fold couch for guests, than them climbing up into a overhead bunk.
Three things I like... Andrea, Matt, Matt & Andrea.
Love
Sleeper sofa design
Recliner across from tv
Kitchen counter space
Likes: lots of seating, colors, 2 bathrooms.
Dislikes: NO OVEN!?! TV not facing most of the seating, no bunk over cab.
TV placement was terrible. Cabinets were out of style.
It has a Combo Microwave, Convection Oven. Over the cab bunk is optional. You could easily have a swivel mount added to the tv.
Very nice.
I hated the stairs cover. That's ridiculous.
But all the rest is superb.
Andrea, I liked the cabinet collor. 😁
I would prefer removing one sofa and having an office area.
I agree Andrea, I don't like the "honey orange" cabinets with the gray floors and walls; however, that seems to be the latest in decorating. Bleh.
It really does seem kinda orangie to me too.
A really nice layout . . . and then that step well cover! Egad, someone should be kicking their lunch pail down the road over that. I know it is entry level unit but how much more can a power step well cover cost?
I also believe even at that price point there should be a better cover over the entry steps for when in motion
Andrea: *Says anything*
Matt: Very nice
😂 😂
Love this unit. Love that it has roller shades. I don't mind the cabinet color or valance. Don't like that step cover!
No kitchen has a shade
Dislikes:
1) Step cover
2) Shower in the wet bay just wrapped around the handles = cheap looking
3) no solar prep
Likes:
1) overall interior decor. Cabinet and furniture colors are fine with me. Valences are "m'eh".
2) Pull down shades in the kitchen instead of mini blinds
3) Both bathrooms. Roominess.
Matt.. you blew it!... the light sconce... IS.. art deco!
Absolutely right Andrea ! Hate the color of cabinets and old fashioned valance
Thanks so much Bob Ellis! We love hearing your feedback 👍
love the natural wood colour, makes me feel like you just demo a 1982 model.... I got turned off right there I can't stomach it anymore
The 3 things I like about this motorhome:
1. the kitchen
2. the theater seats and tri-fold sofa directly across from the TV
3. the storage, combo with the quality cabinetry and it's not dark wood
The 3 things I don't like about this motorhome:
1. the entry step cover
2. I wish backsplash went all the way to the cabinets on the side of the stove and around the window
This worries me as well.
