Thank you! I had a brain tumor removed earlier this year and memory/info processing is a challenge for me now. My cognitive therapist suggested Google Keep to help me keep track and this gave me exactly what I needed. Thank you again for taking the time to create and share this info -- it was exactly what I needed to get started!
He doesn't mention the one thing that I use Google Keep for. That is directly from web pages. When I find a recipe, video or other content that I want to keep for use later it is easy, if the google keep extension is installed on Chrome. I simply click the Keep icon and a note is automatically created.
2:00 reminders by date or location, by date will show up in google calendar. 7:30 copy note to google docs. 9:05 more list > change labels. 9:50 if in a label you 'take a note' it'll inherit the label. 11:30 searching keep. 12:20 ios/android layout interface identical as desktop (rare).
Loved the video! I'd like to move my note taking from paper/pencil to digital so it's more easily searchable, transferrable, etc. and Google Keep seems like it may be perfect!
Very useful app but my question is how can I group some existing images on Google Keep? Google Keep grouped images when I upload them together but I want to group new images with existing images on Google Keep..
You can just continue to add them to the same note as far as I believe but if you're looking to backup a lot of photos I would recommend Google Drive over Keep.
I haven't found a way to backup Google Keep content so it can be accessed offline. Cloud based record keeping is great so long as the internet is up and you can login to your account. Anything goes wrong and your stuff is lost in the cloud. Think about that if you depend on the cloud for anything important.
I suppose you could find a way to do this but I don't think it would be that efficient. I would say that you're better off creating a Gmail label and just storing them in there.

Excellent
Can you pull emails from gmail and put in a list on google keep for future follow up?

I wish Google had something more like Microsoft's OneNote :(
Would love to add actual notes to the same note that have the check boxes
Does this app label the date each note was created? I'd love to be able to search by date.
Jmw
Too much to cophrehend! I already use keep in ios.
