There's so much pressure for men to be financially stable that it outweighs the other factors in them and I think that's why most marriages are failing... Why can't you both grow together and support each other
Ditto!! Times have changed, women may make more than men in some cases. My husband and I have been together for 24yrs. There were seasons when he made more and seasons when I did. We now make roughly the same. At the end of the day, he stayed humble, a gentleman, a protector and a great father. I feel like too many young ladies are romantizing relationships. You think all you need to do is workout and keep your hair done with nothing else to contribute to a man and a household. Nothing wrong with maintaining yourself, self care is a must for me, but bring something to the table and humble yourself. Don't miss out on a good man listening to the lies on Instagram from folks who don't know what a successful relationship looks like.
