I had to wrap my SCHF9 handle in paracord with two knot rows because it was too small!
But hey, nice that it is so good that we both are moved to modify it to our liking.
Yeah, excellent survival knife.

I had one and I took the blade right down on the worksharp I grinded it down the bevel was thinner and it sliced good

I remember why I don't like this blade . That little dip in the blade that you pointed out it's an Jerk to sharpen

Actually; if you had to strip again, would you still use paint stripper?

Is the new versions better the schrade reckon,as i think the old owner sold the company and they changed the metal type.?
