Title is a bit deceiving. There was nothing specific to the welding robot in this video. The program was the same as if it was just handlingtool with a pointer.
Step 2 would change from a j position, to a weld start. At the end of the circle point, where it says fine, move your cursor to the right past the fine term, and you will have the option to add an arc end/or weld end. Everything else would stay the same, if your welding a circle though, you probably dont want any points to be fine EXCEPT your statt and end, the circle points in between should all be CNT
Would you know how to adjust the position of the torch so that the it follows the same path but is always at a 45 degree angle like would be done when welding a circular part.
All you would have to do is rotate it into position when teaching. So in each position you just rotate your gun angle to what you want. It will still so a circular movement it will just roll the gun to the angle you taught.
this videos very usfull sir.

Really wish the Weld Starts and Ends were implemented in this video.

@@RiceMFG you do rotate it with your hands or just on the software again?
@@TheYavy it’s all on the software. You don’t wanna grab the torch and adjust by hand, it would need recalibrated
At what point would you turn on arc start and arc end?
Step 2, instead of j pos. It would be a weld start, last circle point move cursor past the fine term and you will have option to weld end
what is the purpose of the first line?

Thank you sir!!!
