    This video is packed with sooooo much good value! Epic tips. One idea I've been contemplating is the idea of giving them the RAW footage. Something that's pretty popular in the wedding space when I was in it. Reason being, a lot of bigger teams have their own social media person that repurpose the video we deliver already, so basically giving them the nice video edit + a color corrected library from each shoot that they could make into small posts as well.

      Thanks!! What are you thinking about charging for that? It would need to be a pretty good amount (ex: how much stock footage licensing is) to make sense if you're cutting yourself out of future use of the footage + all the editing work that your business could be providing + charging for & growing from. Thinking about stock footage & how it works these days, maybe a monthly fee for access / usage while subscribed could work, too? Lots of ways you could go but it seems like a big opportunity to provide more and grow your biz more vs provide more and cut yourself out potentially, once they have enough custom stock footage to use for 5 years lol. Are you considering just offering to do the custom small edits/posts as well?? Might be something they just don't assume you have time for.

    Here is another channel that I started recently! I started doing headshots after watching your video on how to do them.
    I used your equipment and setup from that video as a model for my own set up and now I’m working on finding clients I can serve not just in real estate but other industries also.
    Thank you Taylor for helping me grow my knowledge and my business! 😁🙌🤜

    Related to what you're talking about is "community ammenity" videos. This is especially good in urban areas where you may want to highlight proximty to, parks, super markets, public transportation, post office, school, etc. Since these are specific to the area if the broker regularly sells for the area these aren't tied to specific units. The material can be used for each unit or perhaps they want to have a video for the neighborhood ammenites.

      Great tip! More reason to keep those backups organized & easy to access.

      Yes!! I do these types of videos. “Neighborhood tour” is what I’ve been calling it but I like the “community amenity” phrase better!

    Hi. Saw your presets for lightroom in Etsy and I wonder if I can use them in Adobe Camera Raw.

    As an agent, I find this extremely helpful and am going to suggest it to my videographer. I do 60 sec intro vids on all my new listings - but to add some "frosting" to showcase myself is a great idea. Plus adding it to my instagram & FB. As always - you have great ideas!

    Hey Taylor. Amazing Video and very valuable content. Do you have any idea what prices you could set for a real estate film in landscape format and a teaser for social media (vertical)?

      I’ve seen anywhere from 150-5k for videos. Typical 1hr shoots are probably 350

    Awesome video as always Taylor! I appreciate that every time I watch a video of yours, I feel challenged to improve my services and continue leveling up my quality.
    I love the idea of Feature Edits - can you give any tips on how to price them or build them into packages? I.e., if one is selling an IG walkthrough reel for $200, how much more would you charge for 3-4 feature edits of the property?

    • @TaylorBrownPhotoVideo
      @TaylorBrownPhotoVideo  4 месяца назад

      Thanks!! I would at that price point, maybe just an extra 1/3 to 1/2 of the normal price for 3-4 extra (very simple) edits.

    Thanks for this video, I am so curious how do you shoot a video when a wall is a built-in mirror or a giant mirror is Infront of you and you cannot avoid it? How to remove yourself in the premier pro?😅

    • @TaylorBrownPhotoVideo
      @TaylorBrownPhotoVideo  3 месяца назад

      Haha 🤣 not sure! Depending on what the options are, I’d try shooting at an angle or from further away zoomed in or from another viewpoint if possible.
