You can carefully cut the peg on the voice box an keep the voice box without restringing his new head's looseness. I did that with mine. Also check out for the lapel of the shirt, you can carefully un-sew it without destroying anything and sew the edges again over the vest, for better accuracy.

Everything on my Woody is how I want it except for the hair streaks so I don't want to mess it up
It was a very annoying and painful process. I basically pulled the TSC head out of the voicebox, removed the pull string, pulled that voice box out, stitched the base around the neck, added the new head and voice box, added stuffing to the body and that's about it. Easier said than done.
That's a really great Woody custom! I love all the edits you made, and it's looking really accurate.

The hair looks really good, right amount of shiny. But Even with the satin, I think the face is still too shiny. If possible, I would reduce it

You can see the eyebrow hairs in 2 , that's where i noticed them.
How did you get the streaks on the head
I painted them and then sealed the whole head with a satin varnish. I used Vallejo model paints. The colors were mixed.

xLordOfAnime you want to use a minimal amount of paint at a time and try to be very steady with your hands too.
OBJECTION! In Toy Story 1 you CAN actually see the black lines on Woody's eyebrows, they are just really hard to see.
