Drill holes first using small drill then use a thicker drill the same size as the original holes, epoxy sculpt for the shoes and paint the same colour, sand first tho to make it semeless. Also epoxy for the middle hole and the feet slit sand down to smooth and spray paint, if the paint stays tacky dust the entire part with baby powder and then gently wipe with a damp cloth
I drilled 2 holes by the original eye hole, filled the original hole with clay epoxy and sanded to smooth, then found spray paint close to the same colour
Picasso used the collection nose ears and feet he cut the things on the parts and glued pegs on them your collection potato head is broken he used clay for eyebrows and magnets to stick on the potato body
It’s not a choking hazard.because when they first made Mr. potato head they had two eyes. they’re just probably don’t want to take the time to remodel everything

Couldn't you email Thinkway Toys to see if they would sell you a new Potato Head body for the Collection version? They sell replacement parts for the Potato Head so maybe they could sell you a new body.

Maybe you should use the pegs from the normal removable traditional potato head arms and attach them to the 80s bendable arms.

Awesome! for the eyes you could use the blind squirrel props eyes on etsy. They are the most movie accurate eyes I've seen thus far.

Scratman 2.0. eBay is a good start. Search for Potato Head 1985 and scope one out

Toy Story Collection Mr potato head's ears are accurate. But , the pegs dont fit on the original mr potato head. You need to make it with a clay.
