چکیده
در این گفتار به این موضوع پرداخته می‌شود که مفهوم ایدئولوژیک “هویت” چه می‌گوید و سیاست مبتنی بر آن چه سیاستی است
نکته مرکزی سخن این است که سیاست هویت سیاستی آزادی‌خواه و عدالت‌جو نیست، به مسائل اساسی تبعیض، بهره‌کشی، خشونت و محیط زیست پاسخ نمی‌دهد و کاملا محتمل است که به خشونت بینجامد
