    Hey there, this tutorial is so good, there's only one thing I would like to know, what do you do first, the outline and then the shadowing and highlights or first shadowing and the outline? Your works are great btw!!

    • @Yeoulabi
      @Yeoulabi  2 года назад

      Hi~ good question. Either way is fine but for me I prefer to paint shadow and highlight first and do the lines. If not lines may be covered by shadow and highlights then we need to draw the lines again. Also by doing that we can paint the kit knitter. I hope this is helpful to you!

    For the shadows, you use posca fine tip ?

    • @Yeoulabi
      @Yeoulabi  4 года назад +1

      Hi Posca has some tips but there are few fine tip just for white and black. Other colors start from PC-3M which is 0.9 mm to 1.3 mm and I use this as main one. I hope this is helpful to you.

    This is EXACTLY WHAT I NEED. Please SHARE however how you make such straight lines for the lining part. I'm having such a hard time doing the outline

    • @Yeoulabi
      @Yeoulabi  3 года назад +2

      Hi!! Thanks for your comment! For the lining, it would be better for you to practice using the blunt tip to the keen edge first. And try from the top to the bottom. But you need to keep in mind that your drawing line will be a kind of circle since your wrist will be a center of drawing. Practice and practice!! 😁

    • @Yeoulabi
      @Yeoulabi  11 месяцев назад +1

      Thanks for your watching! Even the areas behind or in areas I don't see, I can use flashlight to decide the shadow position. If you have done some work, then it would be easier since you can imagine the shadow positions in your mind. I hope this is helpful to you!

    Why are you using markers? Can't that be done with brush and paint or an airbrush? Just curious. I get that markers are faster but airbrush would look better i think or not? Complete gunpla noob here (I'm painting tabletop minis only).

    • @Yeoulabi
      @Yeoulabi  3 года назад

      Hi! Thanks for your comment! The reason why I'm using markers is, to show that we can make the Gunpla only with the markers. (Actually I'm not good at airbrushing ^^;;) I'm still a beginner in this field and using marker is the one of the easy ways to paint Gundam. Also, markers don't have any bad smell so we can work at home.. :)

    P.S I've been thinking btw though. What would you do if say, you wanted to erase something like an overpainted part, etc.? I know these are markers but what're your ways to handle it?

    • @Yeoulabi
      @Yeoulabi  4 года назад +2

      Hey man!! Thanks for your such a nice compliments!! For your question, if I want to erase all then I use the cosmetic cloth to rob with a plenty of alcohol. If small area then I use cotton swaps with few alcohol. I hope this is helpful to you!

    I know everyone says gundam markers are good for details and not good for painting large areas. This seems like somewhere in the middle of those. How do you think they would work for this style? Asking before I make a mess of an entry grade RX78.

    • @Yeoulabi
      @Yeoulabi  4 года назад +1

      As you said Gundam markers are not so good for large area. I agree. So I use the thick tip for POSCA not to leave the stain. Also due to this, I prefer to work on the HG, EG, RG which are relatively small one. I hope this is helpful to you!

      안녕하세요
      1. 네 꼭 올립니다. 안하면 포징중에 다 긁히거나 지문이...
      2. 이미 먹선 넣고 순조된 키트를 작업해서 그렇습니다. 명암작업시 다 지워지니 굳이 안넣어도 되나 명암 안넣는부분은 넣는게 좋습니다.
      3. 네 맞습니다.
      4. 그렇게 하면 제일좋지만, 큰 부위로 쪼개어 합니다. 팔, 다리, 등
      5. 파스카는 차폐력이 좋아 에나멜 마른 뒤 위에 칠해도 상관없어 보입니다. 단 유광 에나멜이면 무광 마감후가 좋을것 같습니다.
      도움 되셨길 바랍니다!!!
