For sure, it will be a major investment to come in the area. It could be a new township, BPOs, and malls. I am blown away by your amazing aerial and ground-level video.

I hope someday they will develop the Batiano River all the way to its link at Villa Arevalo so that people/residents can take a boat ride direct from the Diversion Road to Villa Beach while cruising the river! That will be a new attraction and transportation passage to ease land traffic.
