I bought the Poynting MIMO-3-12 V2 to replace a cheap £30 dome antenna. However, I can barely get any signal from the mimo in any location. Ive reverted back to my cheap tiny dome antenna which gives me the best signal. I wasted £135 on the mimo plus £25 for the magnets. Now I have £150 worth of equipment sitting in a box. Just to be clear, I purchased it from broadband buyer, not from Solwise.
You are welcome to give our tech support guys a call, they may be able to help you troubleshoot it - 01482 672872. Depending on how long you have had it you may be able to return to BBB for a refund.
hi what woukd be the best product you could advise to boost 4g in my caravan ?? also do yous have a product that doesnt need screwing to van. thanks
